Ford 3000 Hydraulic Flow Control Valve Removal Tip

It took a few minutes to figure out why this feed pipe to the flow control valve wasn't dropping so here's a tech tip of what I was having issues will. Always stay clean while working inside the tractor.

What is the upper tube called I need one asap

Where does the screw on the outside attach inside? Round slotted screw near the square fluid check bolt.
