  • James welcomes his guests Scott Caan and Sally Field, and Sally recalls the first time she met James backstage of his play "One Man, Two Guvnors." James shows a pair of epic photos: a very young Scott "smoking" with his father, James, and a 19-year-old Sally flying over the Golden Globes and into John Wayne. Scott takes us down memory lane to his rap career and what happened in London to make it short-lived. And Sally talks about her new film, "80 for Brady."

Sally Field is a living bridge to classic Hollywood, just old enough to have met many of the legends of that era. So cool that we still have her around to tell us about it!

Loved that movie! I saw it 4-5 times in the theater when it first came out. Then you are right it faded into obscurity for years and I'd forgotten about it. It wasn't played on any channels so time clouds your memory. Then around 5 years ago I saw the title listed on one of my services and thought it sounded familiar so I watched it and was reintroduced to an old favorite!

Scott Caan? whaaaatttt?? because, omg, I had NO idea! & wow! because his beats are kind of bad @ss!! I mean, who knew??!! because I, for one, did NOT know about that part of his show biz life until right now!
    & ok. I say it's probably about time for a collab! between 2 spirited humans &/or music teams of a similar-same mind!👍
BECAUSE here's the only OTHER hip-hop beat-master I've ever known, the best MC who has aa lot of experience & time growing UP on both sides of the world..who also has a tune with the same title of, "Put Your Hands Up!"
these 2, amazing! so much like the inventors a hundred + years ago who both came up with the invention of *the radio* @ apprx. the same 'dam' time. & long before there was any reasonable way they could have known about each other's work.
so I say it's 💯% true that yes, there's "nothing new under the sun" [& plkease consider looking up that phrase, youngtsers..and dig *deep,* for what it might actually mean.☯🕉🔯🛐☪✝☮].
but yes, now I say in the 'olden' days, great minds, even living halfway around the world from each other, they can definitely think alike!😄esp. if it's true that there's only ONE Infinite Mind, infinitely divided - outside of time - for the sake of experiencing, of knowing, It's own Infinite Potential & capabilities.
& maybe see the link below...& BIG LOVE to BOTH song projects!💖💚💜💛💙💚🧚🏾‍♀
