That DIY project is Genius! I need something like this. I'm all about saving a buck. Would be cool if you would put these on the market for purchase. People will buy.Nice an informative
I've seen those from Dean, but wasn't quite sure how to make it work, with my tank setup, UNTIL NOW! Wonderful adaptation, and GREAT D.I.Y. VIDEO... Thank you! ♥️🐟😀
Thank you. There's definitely more detailed info I could have added but I wanted to keep the time down since most people dont watch over a few minutes. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.

Cool video James. Very useful. I do still use takeaway containers with daily water changes, lol, this would help so much. So this could actually make a mega fry tank system, ever expandable......so Bob @Caylor's Aquatics can house all those fry he has going on..
Nice one James....fortunately (or unfortunately) cichlids don't tend to eat their own babies, but if I ever breed anything I actually want a metric poop ton of, I'll be setting up a system like this. Awesome DIY vid mate👍
Hi, is there a way to control the pressure of the water flowing to the fry? I think the pressure of the water flowing to the fry is so strong and it might stress the fry. More power.👏
Hey, so on that specific build I just adjust the height of the pvc draining into each basket. The higher the open end is the less water comes out and it is pushed along the system until it goes out the final opening and back into the tank. I hope that helps. I'll be building another system in the new fish room once we're moved.
@@BlueSag20 there are a lot of variables. You made it past the hard part at 2 weeks really. Feel free to message me on Facebook and we can work through the set up, feeding, waterchanges etc

Nicely done! Adding some ideas to my own brain now for my system.
Thanks man! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
Great idea
Thanks David! Not mine but my version of it
I like using these types for Corys also.... Really cool project and ideas!!!!
Thank you. It can be difficult to find Deam videos so I wanted to pass the idea along with a cheap and adaptable view.
I think I’m going to use this when I do breeding soon
I'm glad you like it and I appreciate toy checking it out. What are you gonna breed?
Probably jewel cichlids or if not just guppies
Awesome DIY tips. Who doesn't have PVC laying around?!😄 I use gallon ice cream tubs and float them with pool noodle pieces.
Thanks Anna. That's an awesome idea too!
Great video! I like DIY things and this looks easy enough. I’ll have to try this. I’ll have to watch a couple times. Lol. Thanks for posting.

Thanks Capone. Marketing isn't a bad idea but the great thing about DIY is with a pump and about $10 you can make it exactly how you like it.

@@FishRoomFever can you guide me how to do this kind of system? Lol. I'm newbie on this letting the fry to live. In just 2 weeks span, they died.😥
Im sorry to hear that. What kind of fry were they?
@@FishRoomFever they are amgelfish.
