Why is it that this news reported won't tell all the truth. He had to be arrested by local law enforcement and convicted.
I have served my country in the Gulf War and in Iraq .
I did come home and started breaking the law and getting arrested.
He knows if you break the law, you will be put in removal procedures.

Why was he detained and the government is not saying
Does he have any pending charges?
I believe they reported that he had several run-ins with the law.
So if he was arrested by border patrol, he probably paid a bond to get out.
But he will need immigration attorney.
If he loses his case, he will be deported back to his country.
He can break the law over there, back in his country.
