- Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Day 8 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge! We are already one week through!
We will be adding Surya Bhedi Pranayama or the Right Nostril Breathing to our practice today. The techniques we will practice today are:
1. Equal Breathing
2. Bhastrika Pranayama
3. Surya Bhedana Pranayama
4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 1:1:1 ratio)
5. Bhramari Pranayama
