Hi man, I just got it one XFX THIC III but the fans do not spin when I start the win10 , it's this right? Like the fans just spin when it's over an "x" temperature?
yes, that is fine, I believe the temperature is 60 degrees before they kick in but if you would like to change this, you can use this video to help you out: ua-cam.com/video/LgBR7Cei5yM/v-deo.html, let me know either here or there if it works for you.
Is it really noisy? I can't feel it on video sound, because I have the same gpu xfx rx 5600xt and it's fans do so much noise compared to my old gpu gtx 1650 super (silent) Can you confirm?
Hey man! Got the same gpu as you and I was about to try and flash my bios but couldn't find my model number on their website. Then I read somewhere that this model (thicc II Pro) already has the newest bios installed. Is this true? Or did you go through any bios flash installation? If so which file is needed? Thanks a lot and keep up!
no, no new firmware needed, it has the latest and greatest, just make sure you have the 14Gbps model. Thank you so much for the compliment, I truly appreciate it.

I don't care if my video card is loud, I care if it can run the latest game. You should test your card on the strongest game. What recording softwares do you use? I use Action! & OBS.
I dont care either, since I always play with my headphones on, but some people are a little more sensitive to it. Working as product development for large oems, you couldn't imagine how some people are so finieky about the sound their pc emmits. I liked action, but then I found obs, obs is nice but I don't stream anymore or at least have not in a while.
@@ThisBytesForYou , OBS is the best for streaming, but Action! gives the best offline videos. It can record with 24 FPS, so I can combine live action with gameplay.

I mean, I would image it would be, while the Thicc II is a powerful card, it is no where near the performance of the 2080 TI, also 4 times less the cost, maybe 5 times. Regardless on that, I have never reviewed an Asus 2080 TI so I cannot comment on that one.
