i just got a 22 m550 and want to do some mods in the future. because it’s a “dinan” system does it keep the warranty in touch? it looks like the car is lowered too if i get the dinan springs as well does the warranty stay checked in too?
@@trekm550 Dinan or not both the intake and lowering springs will not void the warranty. With that said, I would definitely recommend going with Dinan for both mods, as the intake is great and the lowering springs did not give the car a harsh ride while giving it the stance. Enjoy the car and best of luck to you!
My buddy who’s car we installed the intake on said that he immediately felt the extra hp. His words were “I can really feel the rear tires biting, almost like they want to break loose”. I’ve been in the car since, and the intake noise is noticeably louder when over 40% throttle. Dinan claims an extra 21hp with the intake, but in his car it feels like more, probably due to the Dinan piggyback. Other than that the car is still comfortable with just a nice little boost in noise and power. Hope this helped!
Awesome video. I want one for my M now
@@StackWithMe Thank you! I’d highly recommend it, especially when compared to the Eventuri intake

Thinking about getting this for my car as well. Other than looking good, are there any noticible gains? Sound, MPH, Power?
