Hi Kseny. Is there a good routine for people with neuropathy in there feet.
Hi there, it is a good question. For neuropathy in the feet, gentle Qigong foot tapping, ankle circles, and reflexology massage can help stimulate circulation and awaken nerve sensitivity. Leg swings, mindful stomping, and standing postures also improve blood flow and reconnect the feet to the ground. Try focusing on Kidney 1 (Yong quan) acupressure and deep breathing to support energy flow. Hope this helps! 😊
