Shotguns are really good in Starfield, what shotguns are you using? The old Earth shotgun I have pretty much one-shots almost every enemy after I taken down their shields (maybe 4-5 pumps).

I really hope this DLC is integrated into the main game and not a pocket universe. I really really don't want a mini Starfield that orbits the main game Starfield.

I'd be willing to bet that functionally it'll just be an extra star system, plus a few other locations, that are added into the game. I suspect that once it's installed, you'll have to start the quest in order to learn the location of the system, (House Varuun keep the location secret), and after that it'll look like it was always there.

My question about how it affects the game is the following. How does it affect the UC quest line where you need to talk to House Va'Ruun to get their armistice key? How does it affect the main quest line when you need to speak to the 3 religions? How does it work with Serpents Embrace, where you need to talk to the zealot to remove it, will you be able to talk to someone from the DLC instead? How does it affect the Unity? Are there new dialogue from our "other" self about our choices from the DLC? And finally how does it affect Andreja's quest and marriage? Will she still hide herself if you do the DLC first ? Will she still say you can't officially get married because you are not House Va'Ruun, even if you join House Va'Ruun during the DLC? Also what about Crimson Dawn quest line if you join Crimson Dawn? Will the lore reason why they're on Va'Ruun's planet be different if you are one of them?? So many questions

I'm curious about a lot of those too. One thing I think we can be pretty sure about is that the trip into the embassy in New Atlantis won't change much. The Ambassador is just one person who's almost totally cut off from Dazra. Events over there won't have much impact on him. He'll probably just keep manning his post.

@@DarthXionGames well it says our choices in the dlc will effect the rest of the settled systems , meaning I assume that if we make a choice for house Va'Ruun to open themselves to the rest of the universe, that the guy in the embassy will have contact with them as well, maybe even the embassy will become alive again and full of Va'Ruun people

@zerotheg0d330 that would be an interesting scenario. They're also planning yearly expansions like this on top of ongoing smaller updates so it may well factor in to future content too. There's a lot of potential moving parts to manage with the outcome of this. I'll be interested to see how it plays out.
