I truly love watching how fast my plants are growing in my new apartment. Mt mother monstera was growing in a basement for about a year. We've only been in this new place for 5 months and I've been able to get 3 new plants from the mother plant in this short time. The energy and sunlight within your space play a huge role in how well your monstera will grow.
