White maca is the same as yellow maca. Red maca is recommended for women and black maca recommended for men. Both genders can benefit from all three; they are just would be in different proportions to maximize the benefits for each gender.

I work days & nights 4x a week, Ive been averaging 4 hours of sleep in the morning before my day shift for the entire day/night. Yessss I started a clean eating regiment last year with maco root and lost 20lbs, while having PCOS and I’ve been told by 3 doctors that I would never conceive but now I have a 7 month old baby girl named, Marley. That maca root will get them ovaries together honeyyyy lol.

@@michellachambliss4189 Sure! I don’t eat processed food and food with little to no preservatives. I eat chips on my chest day, though. No fast food and I drink 3 ballerina tea every morning with almond milk, 100% pineapple juice, organic coconut protein powder, maca powder, and açaí. Limit your beef intake too cause it take a while to break down. Add as many greens to your diet as possible. I try to stay away from starchy foods too like potatoes, unless it’s a sweet potato. My go tos are cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, and red and the regular cabbage. Stir fry will be your new best friend. Good luck!

How is this true? I have all 3 in one black red and yellow and i am a man, all that men women thing is non sense
I have pcos, infertility, and was on years of birth control since I was 18. Was TTC for 1.5 years then I tried maca root pill version for 3 months, and I was able to get pregnant. I have not been on it after my pregnancy and I definitely have not been able to conceive, I am always tired, having irregularly periods now. I believe sincerely maca root does help improve mood, fertility, hormones. I am hoping getting back on it helps again.
Does also the maca root powder or liquid drops work as well? Or you recommend the pills? I also have PCOS and i have irregular period and i been trying for a year and i have no luck 😞

@@taylersaffiyahwashington I was also on birth control for about 7 years and it’s been hard for me. I can conceive but I have miscarried twice in a row. I’ll try this to strengthen myself and hopefully my next pregnancy sticks 🥰🥰
I started taking MACA after researching it for alopecia and terrible right breast pain around my period. It felt like someone was putting needles in my right nipple and I would have grip/nip it intermittently to squeeze the pain away! I have to say that I did not get the breast pain this month and my period only lasted 3 days with very little pain. I have not noticed anything else - no change to alopecia yet (I'm also taking Chlorella, Spirulina, Turmeric, a vitamin D for this). I will update this comment if I get a sudden re-growth. My moods (depressive) have not changed - I'm still low. Early days I guess.

Thank you for your informative information. I began my red root maca power four days ago and like you said its effect worked immediately.... My mental health felt elevated, libido was improved significantly and some weight gain to my appearance. It tastes similar to sweeten oat meal. If maca powder does not taste nice then it is an indication that it will not be suitable for you. Your tongue is the first sign of defense it can pick up food or drink that's not beneficial to your individual system, by unpleasant taste, unpleasant tastes means it will do more harm than good. Red Maca is an any human suits all herbal root medicine. I got a headache and stomach cramp because I consumed to much one teaspoon is to much twice a day. I did further studies and my new dose is a quarter of a teaspoon I just mix with a little milk taken first thing in the morning or I mix in complan banana flavour. DO NOT TAKE AT NIGHT OR YOU WON'T SLEEP! Because that's what happens when you do. My first day I was over sellous and excited and consumed maca am noon pm. Now just in the morning, since my correction I wake up feeling calm and less tired, my mood also improved. Red is for women Black for men.... Yellow is research do not consume yellow. Y’all this might be tmi for some however I must share. But first I want to say that everyone experiences things differently so just because my experience which I’ll write in a moment was amazing doesn’t mean everyone’s will be. I swear on the Bible when I tell you maca made my cup size go from a B cup to an E cup I am NOT JOKING. in a month I went from B-D a DD and so on. I gain weight in the right places however I definitely gained a little more pudge in my lower belly, however because my genetics almost all my weight went to my bottom and top. Not saying everyone will go 4 cup sizes in 3 months but… it can happen. It must’ve boosted my estrogen a LOT. I must have had extremely low levels. I weigh 155lbs now. When I started I weighed 100lbs. NOTHING has helped me gain weight except maca root. It slowed my metabolism I swear. And also it gave me an unlimited source of energy. Stamina and energy with no crash.

@@milesketofoodentertainment9142 I may have mispronounced, but I don't even know how I came across this video, probably my wife was watching a video about MACA powder so I flew in like a parachutist but I listened to what the young lady was talking about and based on that I wrote my answer .... because she said that red MACA is for men, I don't know that because I've been taking only black for 3-4 months and I feel great, more energy that I need because I train self-defense so my training is demanding, in anyway you can't go wrong with maca powder .. i drink it with cocoa or yogurt in the morning ... and it really takes about 3 weeks to start working at least for me ... and it has a lot of benefits on the body, boosts immunity, speeds up metabolism and normally increases libido and that quite ... greetings from Croatia !!!! ....

Hi Kayla... I totally agreed! I've been taking maca root for about 8 months now and it's AMAZING! I have more energy, less arthritic pain (I have rheumatoid arthritis due to my lupus), I've lost 15 lbs since then and I was able to exercise more. I purchased my maca root from The Maca Team and I've been taking the tricolor maca root. Maca root is legit!

I get extreme Insomnia, even if I take it super early. And even just the tiniest bit. I hate it sooo much because there are benefits from it that I love. Sleep is so important though ... Ugggh

No thats not the official definition. The official one is all effects beyond the reason taking it. So side effects can be positive and that is the case for a lot of vitamins, minerals , foods, herbs an diets

Listen to Kayla and introduce it slowly because I was a little over ambitious and used a table spoon which was what the directions said but I had to make the bathroom my friend for a couple hours. I did some research and found that it is one of the side effects, and the gelatinized version prevents upset stomach since it’s cooked.

The main effect is Libido - I think we forget as we get older that feeling we had when we were in those years between 13 to 26 when our youth hormones
were active. I like the results but not everyone likes the effects and some notice nothing. I drink less coffee in the morning now because my morning Macca
seems to have a caffeine effect. Muscle gain or physical effects? don't see this as a body building product but I am sure there will be some who will say

Wow, I suffer from fibroid/menstrual issues & started maca root powder to DECREASE my period cramping/heavy bleeding. I too use it in my smoothies or applesauce right before my monthly. When I am consistent, it helps❤️

I had a wacky system pcos, my ovaries looked like raspberries started taking Whole world botanical royal maca 1/3 teaspoon over a matter of months my cycle became normal, no pain, on time, and the ovaries became smooth like olives, this was a life saver, I tried prescriptions for a year, until it messed every thing up, my blood pressure, my cholesterol, my energy finding this macca was a Godsend. Tried other brands but this is the one that works best, they call it therapeutic that is why you take so small a dose.

Maca in general helps with hormonal balance! I’ve been taking it mainly since coming off birth control to help regulate me & also gain my sex drive back!! It def also helped me with mental clarity/brain fog. All 3 types pretty much do the same, but look into them to see which might be best for you!! Red is commonly for feminine energy & black is commonly for masculine energy. Use it where you need, there’s also a tri blend 😌

The most informative video I have seen on the internet. Thanx sis. I been taking maca powder for the past 2 days and omg the energy!!! I feel so different. I have experienced the same effect for the breast not bigger but fuller took the now brand for two months then a pack of 3 types of maca and now black maca for 13 days and my breast are full but i got my period after 10 days of finishing the previous one!!!!

Black Maca is for men, Red Maca is for women. You say in this video that "red maca is for men". And it has to be "gelatinized powder", it needs to say "gelatinized" on the package. Better flavor, dissolves easily, doesn't need to be boiled, baked for it to be absorbed by your body. Maca raw powder (= maca flour), can be mixed with other flour for baking to make cookies, cakes. Boiled, mixed with oats that you cook in the microwave or adding it to a soup when it's boiling.
You can eat raw maca, you don’t have to cook it as long as your stomach can handle it. I take mine in powder form with protein shake daily for months, no side effects
