So testimony time, God opened my eyes to see this video on my timeline after trying for more than 2 years and almost on the verge of starting the procedures for IVF. I sent this video to my husband March 2023 and we started using the recommended medications (minus fenugreek and ashwaganda because my husband doesn't have sperm count issues) in the same month. I would like to thank you for creating this video. 8 months after giving birth to my baby, I received the Pfizer vaccine, which unfortunately had a direct negative impact on my body, leading to hormonal imbalances that didn't improve. My husband and I had been struggling to conceive for over two years. However, after just two months of taking supplements, I became pregnant. Taking the suplements was challenging , as I experienced sickness and cramping, but the end result made it all worthwhile. So i am currently pregnant🎉

@@zillehuma7835 We have been trying for 3 years, few month ago we went to GP and she arranged us to do some blood tests. I was ok but my husband had not very good sperm quality, shape etc. I watched this video and started researching about co-Enzyme 10 and checked out supplements and my husband was taking only 2 mg (Wellman tablets for man firtility) so he bought from Amazon co-Enzyme 10 with a dose 200 mg per tablet. He was taking them, he later had another test in the clinic and his sperm was good and we were referred to other fertility clinics to do some additional tests. In the same month I found out I am pregnant. My husband is 100% sure that it was because of co-Enzyme 10 as we have been trying for few years and nothing and after taking this for about 2 months I got pregnant. Get your man to take 200mg per day, I was taking 50mg and it was enough

I just want to say I really wish I had this video when me and my husband were ttc. It took us 4 years to fall pregnant with our son and 1 miscarriage and our problem was poor sperm motility and you are so right with GPs fab he had to go for 2 sperm tests and both times they just have no idea what they are reading back to you or little to no explanation of what your results mean or could mean for the future. We are now ttc for our second and have sadly already had a miscarriage but this video has really helped with much much more information than I ever had the first time round so hopefully we will be successful soon. So amazing for you both that after all the constant negatives which we also had our fair share and I know how disheartening and painful it can be that you are blessed with 2 babies! Congratulations! I stumbled into your channel only just yesterday, thank you so much for making this video. My partner and I are on the journey of TTC now for almost 2 years, and it has not been easy. After 1 abandoned IVF cycle only last month we discovered that IVF may never work for us as one of my ovaries is not safely accessible. So, we are now back to the drawing board and the natural approach is our best bet. I will come back here and give an update, ordering the vitamins now to our already existing vitamin supplies and pray for our miracle baby.
Omg! This happened to me. Our IVF cycle was abandoned cause my ovaries were not safely accessible. I know we will fall pregnant by God's grace and mercy whichever God chooses to bless us

I learnt recently that one of my tube is blocked through a rather painful HSG...can't get any worse than this.. but we keep the faith indeed God will still bless us

This was great! A note about taking BBT, for anyone curious, you need to take it around the same time every morning, first thing you do when you wake up. It does have to be a BBT thermometer. And pre-warming the thermometer gives a more accurate reading - leave it in your mouth for a few minutes before turning it on. The jump in temperatures only confirms that ovulation happened, it cannot tell you when ovulation is coming (the pre ovulation temp dip is a myth). Pick up the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility if you want more info on charting 😊

I am new to your channel and just stumbled upon this the two of you are so real and I love how much you talk about the male side of infertility because not many men will talk about it and it is so true. My husband and I went through seven years of infertility ,six rounds of IUI and not one egg would take, decided to adopt we were picked in six weeks, seven weeks later our oldest son came to live with us and a year later found out I was pregnant and a year after that pregnant again.
I cant wait to watch your journey with the twins. Im an identical twin 2 mins older then my sister. The bond we have is incredible. To have a best friend through life that has always got your back or always there to give you a cuddle. To shareing every little moment together from saying the same thing at the same time or sharing your birthday with the only other human that truely understands you. Oh wow super interesting about the omega 3 because I have PCOS and didn’t think I’d be able to conceive. I was taking omega 3, zinc and turmeric not long before I was able to fall pregnancy yay. Xx
Just wanna tell everybody here who is experiences the same things, eat this everyday --> chia seeds(soak them for 4h first), spinach, oatmeals, eggs, virgin olive oil, blueberries, WORKOUT.. And that's how your eggs and sperms gets stronger and more productive

My husband and i have been TTC for 9 years, with 3 miscarriages. 💔 We both have sons from previous relationships from our teenage years and never thought we would have issues. We are now trying with letrozle but we have had a few terribly stressful months with our beloved old dog falling sick and passing away, which i believe is the reason why my periods are suddenly further apart than they have ever been. However videos like yours give me hope. We have started supplimenting (again after not for a long time, the suppliments upset my husband's stomach but hopefully this passes), i have been taking ashwagandha for a few months as well (helps nourish the adrenals, raises testosterone in men but regulates it in women, helps calm cortisol) and I have started incorporating somatic and fertility yoga into my routine to deal with stress and any body trauma. Perhaps in the upcoming year we will finally have success after such heartbreak. Love to you both, hope your parenting journey is going well. ❤

Of course you should always ask your doctor, but I’ve always heard that DHA is actually good to take during pregnancy for your baby’s brain development. They make special prenatal DHA/EPA formulations and some prenatal vitamins come with it built in.

I’m so glad that someone show the real side as it almost felt like everyone fall pregnant within the first month or two even with health problems. We’ve been trying with my partner for 6 months and I know it’s not long but I can’t help but feel disappointed/sad every month. We were planning to wait and see if we will be fortunate enough to fall pregnant within 12 months and if not then we will get tested. Now watching your videos I think we will wait till next month and probably start taking extra vitamins and see if it helps. I think not knowing it’s the most stressful part. After just over two years of TTC and one MC. We are both now taking these supplements for the past 3 weeks and changing our diet. Fingers crossed it happens as quick for us aswell 🤞
17 weeks pregnant atm. 🥰 I feel like I can't really relate on that topic as we got pregnant on the first try. And I am so thankful for that. Nevertheless I have something to say about it. Because I really feel for all of you out there. ❤ Me and my husband have done a looooot before we even tried. Most important things I did: check your own blood work, are you healthy? Are you good on vitamins for yourself first? Reduce suggar to a minimum, don't eat instant food, cook fresh, do a little bit of sport. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't overwork yourself (being stressed is a killer). If you are overweight try to loose it (2y ago I got myself from obese to a little overweight). If you are underweight, try to gain a healthy weight. Buy good water from glass bottles (you can google micro plastic from plastic bottles and also about the estrogen in the groundwater). All those things can mess with your hormones and health. We kind of had a time of preparing for pregnancy about 1 - 2 years. Mentally and physically. For me it was always a burden to get pregnant. It's not an easy thing for our bodys. It's hard work. So you better be prepared for it. My doctor and midwifes are surprised about my high iron levels as I was deficient in it a few years ago. There are so many factors today that will mess with our health and have nothing to do with genetics. At the end god gives the babys as way say. If you are supposed to have kids, they will come to you in perfect timing! Even if doctors said to you that you can't concieve naturally and you have tried for years. Never give up and pray. 🙏🏻💞

For men Folate helps with cell division and DNA synthesis during sperm cell formation. For Women it helps with Folate is essential for reproductive cell production, fertilization, and pregnancy. My periods totally stopped in June last year as soon as I had my first Covid Vaccine and the doctors have been useless. My partner and I were worried as we wanted to begin ttc. I had blood tests and an ultrasound which came back as normal but my doctor wasn’t interested and said that unless I’d been trying for a baby for 18 months, they would not be able to help any further. But what I didn’t understand from this was that if I wasn’t ovulating, how would I even conceive... since they were no help I’ve been researching online and found your vids. Vitamin b12, omega 3 and ashwagandha.
I had Pfizer vaccine as well and it screwed up my period and I miscarriage at 5 weeks of pregnancy. Glad to hear your expecting ❤🙏 hope I will too

Waoh, what did you do to conceive twins consistently?
For everyone's knowledge, Sperm takes 60 days to mature, and an egg takes 3 months, so it's important to make changes at least 3 months in advance
I had the same eggs in my fridge for over 6 months and no chick yet....Just jokes good information though

@@zillehuma7835 We have been trying for 3 years, few month ago we went to GP and she arranged us to do some blood tests. I was ok but my husband had not very good sperm quality, shape etc. I watched this video and started researching about co-Enzyme 10 and checked out supplements and my husband was taking only 2 mg (Wellman tablets for man firtility) so he bought from Amazon co-Enzyme 10 with a dose 200 mg per tablet. He was taking them, he later had another test in the clinic and his sperm was good and we were referred to other fertility clinics to do some additional tests. In the same month I found out I am pregnant. My husband is 100% sure that it was because of co-Enzyme 10 as we have been trying for few years and nothing and after taking this for about 2 months I got pregnant. Get your man to take 200mg per day, I was taking 50mg and it was enough

I just want to say I really wish I had this video when me and my husband were ttc. It took us 4 years to fall pregnant with our son and 1 miscarriage and our problem was poor sperm motility and you are so right with GPs fab he had to go for 2 sperm tests and both times they just have no idea what they are reading back to you or little to no explanation of what your results mean or could mean for the future. We are now ttc for our second and have sadly already had a miscarriage but this video has really helped with much much more information than I ever had the first time round so hopefully we will be successful soon. So amazing for you both that after all the constant negatives which we also had our fair share and I know how disheartening and painful it can be that you are blessed with 2 babies! Congratulations! I stumbled into your channel only just yesterday, thank you so much for making this video. My partner and I are on the journey of TTC now for almost 2 years, and it has not been easy. After 1 abandoned IVF cycle only last month we discovered that IVF may never work for us as one of my ovaries is not safely accessible. So, we are now back to the drawing board and the natural approach is our best bet. I will come back here and give an update, ordering the vitamins now to our already existing vitamin supplies and pray for our miracle baby.

This was great! A note about taking BBT, for anyone curious, you need to take it around the same time every morning, first thing you do when you wake up. It does have to be a BBT thermometer. And pre-warming the thermometer gives a more accurate reading - leave it in your mouth for a few minutes before turning it on. The jump in temperatures only confirms that ovulation happened, it cannot tell you when ovulation is coming (the pre ovulation temp dip is a myth). Pick up the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility if you want more info on charting 😊

I am new to your channel and just stumbled upon this the two of you are so real and I love how much you talk about the male side of infertility because not many men will talk about it and it is so true. My husband and I went through seven years of infertility ,six rounds of IUI and not one egg would take, decided to adopt we were picked in six weeks, seven weeks later our oldest son came to live with us and a year later found out I was pregnant and a year after that pregnant again.

It wasn’t because we weren’t able to get pregnant. Other factors were involved. But now, I do have a wonderful boy, who’s almost 6. Me and his daddy were high school sweethearts back in the early 90’s. He is my miracle/rainbow baby after a twin loss.

Thank you for this video! My husband and i have been TTC for 9 years, with 3 miscarriages. 💔 We both have sons from previous relationships from our teenage years and never thought we would have issues. We are now trying with letrozle but we have had a few terribly stressful months with our beloved old dog falling sick and passing away, which i believe is the reason why my periods are suddenly further apart than they have ever been. However videos like yours give me hope. We have started supplimenting (again after not for a long time, the suppliments upset my husband's stomach but hopefully this passes), i have been taking ashwagandha for a few months as well (helps nourish the adrenals, raises testosterone in men but regulates it in women, helps calm cortisol) and I have started incorporating somatic and fertility yoga into my routine to deal with stress and any body trauma. Perhaps in the upcoming year we will finally have success after such heartbreak.

Just wanted to say that folic acid is to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.. That's why it is good to start taking them pre conception.
It does when you are pregnant but it also helps to prepare a woman’s body to conceive by helping to grow maternal tissue of the uterus, hence why you are advised to take it before conception😁

Of course you should always ask your doctor, but I’ve always heard that DHA is actually good to take during pregnancy for your baby’s brain development. They make special prenatal DHA/EPA formulations and some prenatal vitamins come with it built in.
Sat sobbing as I am ending the year not pregnant. I am taking it so hard and feel completely like this is never going to happen for us. Hands down the lowest, worst and loneliest thing I’ve ever done trying for a baby

I came across your channel while watching crazy amount of videos related to pregnancy. I’m so glad that someone show the real side as it almost felt like everyone fall pregnant within the first month or two even with health problems. We’ve been trying with my partner for 6 months and I know it’s not long but I can’t help but feel disappointed/sad every month. We were planning to wait and see if we will be fortunate enough to fall pregnant within 12 months and if not then we will get tested. Now watching your videos I think we will wait till next month and probably start taking extra vitamins and see if it helps. I think not knowing it’s the most stressful part.

After just over two years of TTC and one MC. We are both now taking these supplements for the past 3 weeks and changing our diet. Fingers crossed it happens as quick for us aswell 🤞
17 weeks pregnant atm. 🥰 I feel like I can't really relate on that topic as we got pregnant on the first try. And I am so thankful for that. Nevertheless I have something to say about it. Because I really feel for all of you out there. ❤ Me and my husband have done a looooot before we even tried. Most important things I did: check your own blood work, are you healthy? Are you good on vitamins for yourself first? Reduce suggar to a minimum, don't eat instant food, cook fresh, do a little bit of sport. Don't drink, don't smoke, don't overwork yourself (being stressed is a killer). If you are overweight try to loose it (2y ago I got myself from obese to a little overweight). If you are underweight, try to gain a healthy weight. Buy good water from glass bottles (you can google micro plastic from plastic bottles and also about the estrogen in the groundwater). All those things can mess with your hormones and health. We kind of had a time of preparing for pregnancy about 1 - 2 years. Mentally and physically. For me it was always a burden to get pregnant. It's not an easy thing for our bodys. It's hard work. So you better be prepared for it. My doctor and midwifes are surprised about my high iron levels as I was deficient in it a few years ago. There are so many factors today that will mess with our health and have nothing to do with genetics. At the end god gives the babys as way say. If you are supposed to have kids, they will come to you in perfect timing! Even if doctors said to you that you can't concieve naturally and you have tried for years. Never give up and pray. 🙏🏻💞

My periods totally stopped in June last year as soon as I had my first Covid Vaccine and the doctors have been useless. My partner and I were worried as we wanted to begin ttc. I had blood tests and an ultrasound which came back as normal but my doctor wasn’t interested and said that unless I’d been trying for a baby for 18 months, they would not be able to help any further. But what I didn’t understand from this was that if I wasn’t ovulating, how would I even conceive... since they were no help I’ve been researching online and found your vids. Hi thank u for this sharing. My husband and i are trying to conceived and already consult a doctor and we have to do another test to be sure of the problem... Even we already done other tests before. Nearly 1 year we are married.. But we are together since so many years but i never being pregnant. Myself am on stress level and afraid due to my age and desperately want to conceived. Am going to take those supplements you both mentioned and with God grace... May be 1 day i will comment that i succeed too.
