I tore a muscle in my abdomen. I was stretching as I would after getting up from bed and I suppose to stretched way too much, because I felt a sudden rip in my abdomen and I was struck with immediate pain. I had trouble walking or moving around for a couple of days, because your core keeps you balanced while you walk. I sneezed shortly after it happened and it was so painful I just went to bed.
Welp I pulled a muscle I believe. Workout pain tends to be pretty sharp for me. I'm getting a dull stabbing ache in my leg. Not having issue moving my leg so I can walk easily. But I seem to be having a bit of an issue rotating my leg left to right. Looks like I won't be working out my legs today.

So I was playing footbal and I kicked the ball very hard when I suddenly felt a great pain to my right upper leg, I could hardly walk and couldn't run. It's the muscle that raises the leg upwards and It's painful I can hardly move my leg forwards/upwards.
It's in my upper back and it hurts to move damnit! Not terribly sore but still sore And I'm trying not to extend it because then it hurts even more. Ice didn't do anything and heating pad at least helps me relax a bit. (Ice usually helps me more than heat) If this doesn't clear up in the next three days, it's day 2 and i think it's only getting worse, than idk what I'm going to do for work. I jus happen to be off right now.

I slipped on ice and within 24 hours my lower back left side is bad. It’s been a week and I am suffering trying to sit, stand, and do simple tasks. Sharp pain. I’ve been taking advil and tramadol. Hi ! Please I’m concern. I’m a teenager, but every time I exercise I get this sharp pain in my low back, hip, and it goes to my thigh. The pain stays for about a week, and comes once a month. It’s been happening for about two years now :( I go to the doctor but they say I have nothing wrong with my organs and stuff, I’m not sure if it’s something to do with nerves? About a month ago I went to go see a podiatrist for arch pain . They said I had a bit of inflamation (plantar fasciitis). He gave me a steroid shot in my arch foot. Since then I have felt numbness in that foot also with sever calf pain with a pinch feeling radiating from the back of my knee going downwards towards my back of my foot . Any Idea what can I do? Ibuprofen is just not working for my pain aswell as stretching. I did not have this type of pain before the shot. Its verry pain full and painfull just to even take a few steps. These types of shots sometimes are able to offer temporary relief but often times are not a successful treatment. Same thing happended to mean but I ignored it and still showed up to my basketball game but that was a mistake I only lasted 6 minutes into the forst half before I could barely walk I couldnt sit or lay down without hurting Luckly it stopped hurting after 3- 4 days
