5 Important Things to Know About Our Evaluation Process
You nailed it bro
After 2 years of pf and 1 year of reduced dorsiflexion i finally started having pain on the upper knee and hip. Don't be like me and treat your pf.
Finally a good comprehensive video❤
Really useful info, many thx
I have a question and if you can give me advise Id appreciate it. The VA through Optum Serve is sending me for a 2nd Vertigo C & P test/exam in a few weeks. The test theyre sending me to is a MRG exam place . Does anyone know what this entails ? I think an MRG is similar to an MRI but Im not sure.
Learned alot thanks!
Um, ok
What...
If they would have told me it was osteoarthritis, I would have quit doing the activities that set it off. But they said it was bursitis. So I thought it would always go away. This last time it didn't. And the pain spread. I am in agony. And I'm afraid the joint replacement isn't going to fix it because it's been hurting for so long. It feels like someone is stabbing me, shooting pains down my arm and into my wrist and hand now. I wake up halfway through the night yelling when I have to move my arm, even when assisting with my other one. It's excruciating. Years ago I'd complain that it hurt when I laid on that shoulder. They said "bursitis". I think now it was arthritis all along. What happened in January was devastating. It reaches a point that there is no way to lay that it doesn't hurt. You can't lay on the other side either. You can't lay on your back w/o pain. You wake up half way through the night and can't get back to sleep due to pain. When I say it's severe - it's an understatement. You don't want to eat, you can't enjoy anything. And doctors don't have a clue how much pain you're experiencing. My PT does, but my doctors don't.
That is good information
You never explain why the muscle "balls up" upon contraction.
Thank you .
Vit d won't help that's bull
R u sure? What happened!!
so well explained
When you said you can’t sleep on your shoulder that’s exactly when I knew that I had arthritis. It made me feel sad. I started physiotherapy. I really want to be physical again. I am 45 years old. I’m not so sure if that can happen, but I will do my best.
I’ve been in this place once , I’ ll never go again , very disrespectful , and racist, I don’t recommended to no one , very bad experience. I went to this place yesterday for the first time, and I was shocked by the discrimination. I was on time, and they made me wait for around three minutes. No problem until here. Then, they came up to me and told me that since I was late, I won’t receive any of their services. Mind you, I was on time and THEY made ME wait. Anyways, I explained to the receptionist that I was on time, and she said that I talk too much and that they won’t provide services to me anyways, so I might as well get out. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the manager. Then, I asked to speak to someone else, and a guy came up to me immediately. Without even saying anything to him, he told me, “I stand with my employees.” Keep in mind that while I was talking with them, they let in every single white person that came, but I was the only person of color there. They then proceeded to not provide services for me and asked me to leave while also looking at me with a disgusted look on their face, one that seemed like they don’t even want to look or talk to me. I am truly disgusted by this blatant act of racism. This is the 21st century, and it looks like this center can’t catch up. I don't recommend this place for any person of color. I definitely won't be going back.
You didn’t even explain what causes a pulled muscle. 👎
My physical therapist said physical therapy doesn't help.
I think you have answered a lot of my questions. I will start PT and I bet that will help with the issues I’m having. This video helped me understand why you need to exercise my shoulder.
I cannot stand on one leg I cannot deal and I cannot get down on the ground because I can’t get up. I’ve been dealing with IT band syndrome for years result in a motorcycle accident and I know when it’s acting up and I walk with a limp what should I do? Are you even have physical therapy and it didn’t work I do not want surgery.
Thanks for the upload !!

How do you fix tendons flicking over bones?
Does the part of harden? I think I got one around my lower buttocks but the area is harder then the surrounding area that doesn’t hurt from what I believe is a pulled muzzle
Great video with a lot of good information
Hello,i have been experiencing bizarre pain only in my lower neck,ut starts fisrt as a itchy feeling then a stabbing pain so intense i freak out now knowing if im about to loose control,it also shocks out of nowhere with out the itchy feeling happening when ever i attemp to push myself out of bed or lean against the wall for balance, this is bizarre because im nowhete near over wait,im 36 and all i cant think is it may be related to my old car accidents that lead to pain management, ive survived over tennyears with pain meds and never want to take them again,my mri also showed multi level disc disease/digenerative disc disease and according to some its not a big deal but could that be what im experiencing?one doctor did say as i get older I'll feel the discomfort from it,but he also had me on way too many pain meds and was possibly a qwack, your video is the closest i could find describing the pain thats way worse than my herniated discs and buldging disc i had in my L4 and another spot in my lower back, this pain today is exactly where my brainstem meets my spine,i also had a thought maybe from looking down at my phone or falling asleep in my sofs chair more often than normal ,but other than thatbim pretty healthy ,any ideas of what im dealing with?im grateful if you respond and thank you.
Great educational content! Thanks a lot.
I'm only 35 and was diagnosed with arthritis in both shoulders. I believe due to boxing (hitting a heavy bag) 5-6 days a week at 60-75 minutes a time for 4 years straight. I still have great range of motion, but find myself waking up with numbness and pain down whichever arm I sleep on. My workout routine includes a lot of lifting now (quit boxing) so I am further strengthining, but just wondering how I can help with this morning pain?
It describes exactly my pain exactly, also. Wish you had some exercises that we could try!
Good info, thank you
Can it also cause diziness in the back of the head?
Thank you for taking the time to show people like me this test.
Great comprehensive video. And it describes everything my wife suffers from perfectly.

When shoulder back ?? 10 week ...or
I tore a muscle in my abdomen. I was stretching as I would after getting up from bed and I suppose to stretched way too much, because I felt a sudden rip in my abdomen and I was struck with immediate pain. I had trouble walking or moving around for a couple of days, because your core keeps you balanced while you walk. I sneezed shortly after it happened and it was so painful I just went to bed.
Thank you so much ♀ informative
Tore a muscle in my back from my hip up to my rib on left side. Happened 3 times in past 5 years with lumbar strains off and on . This time was 2 months ago and I was just standing up from squatting down on one knee. Pain felt like a rip up my side and walked like a zombie to get into bed. Now 2 months later I can walk and sit but I feel a knot up under my left rib in my back. Almost like an inflamed muscle and hurts off and on until I put heat on it. Still can't bend forward without bracing myself in fear of another lumbar spasm. So tired of this happening at least once a year but this knot under my ribs has never happened before. Don't know what to do.
It's in my upper back and it hurts to move damnit! Not terribly sore but still sore And I'm trying not to extend it because then it hurts even more. Ice didn't do anything and heating pad at least helps me relax a bit. (Ice usually helps me more than heat) If this doesn't clear up in the next three days, it's day 2 and i think it's only getting worse, than idk what I'm going to do for work. I jus happen to be off right now.
So my mom fell out of the tub right so I went to help her up. Now when I arrived at school it started to hurt now when I got home it hurts so bad it hurts to move.
Nice
I thought I had rotator cup injury. It sounds like it might be shoulder arthritis instead.

I love stretching my calves it’s just that I don’t feel anything when I’m stretching them no more I don’t know why
it got bigger maybe
So it’s all because of weak tissue that causes the rest of these issues :/
