- Here’s an idea how to create a strong dovetail connection without a router or a chisel. I chose 12 degree angles for sideways and lengthwise angles for the sawhorses
The core of the body is ash wood. The legs are oak wood, and the outer-body is out of white-oak wood.

thats not a saw horse - thats a piece of art! also that last shot.. jeez xD
The mutilation with the saw ! I thought I'd horrifically stumbled on that UA-camr that breaks tvs and stomps on eggs thrown into his living room....
Almost put my guts out in the last shot 😂😂😂
It’s always a good day when I get a notification from your channel. Great build.
Too perfect and beautiful to use for work 😧😥
I've built a saw horse or two in my day but I've never built any from QSWO nor have I ever jointed and sanded a saw horse. This is serious dedication to your craft. Well done.
I grew up working construction for my Dad. I have never seen a sanded and sealed sawhorse in my entire life. Not a chance I would use these to cut wood on. Incredibly beautiful work sir.
Literally every sawhorse in Japan.
:D:D Tolle Arbeit! Bitte mehr :D
Beautiful work as always, but the end was scary^^
Smart! The project, the video editing (cut and overlays) and the humour. I like your style. 👍
Mate! These have instantly become the most beautiful saw horses on the planet and on the internet 🤙🏻🔥😍
Nice work.
I made a set of these by hand, and was humbled by the complexity of the joints.
I've missed your content of late. Thank you for this one! Creative in all ways. I really appreciate that about you & your content.
Awesome work, amazing craftsmanship, love watching your projects, one of my favorite channels, thanks for sharing!!
Even a sawhorse could be a masterpiece.
Amazing Work 💪
Fine furniture quality saw horses! First time I hit them with a saw or splashed oil/varnish/paint on them I'd be crying... And even the fixtures are finely made!
Best end ever!
I think these sort of things, that you'll use around your shop for decades, are most worthy of making with love and attention. The damage they'll get over the years will only add to their character
So good to have a video from you again. LOVING the instructions included. And the joke at the end. Also loved the split and re glued planks. Yes, they’re too beautiful to use as saw horses, but what do you expect from this channel? If I get my hands on some oak, these are a definite project. Especially if I can get some walnut dowels to plug the screw holes.
are you kidding me?!? that is too beautiful to be a sawhorse.... you're amazing, dude
Made me laugh at the end.
Woke up this morning. Watched your video. A beautiful start in the day! Thanks 🙏
Imagining to saw into these awesome sawhorses hurts a little bit. Well done 👍 Cheers
Soo nice to see a new video from you sir! I appreciate every single one that you make. Inspiring gorgeous refreshing. thanks :))
Love your work, especially the small hacks like the razorblade ☺️👌
that end grain is looking 👌
Great ending!
Creative/durable/awesome!
I really liked my saw horses until I watched this...
Too good as sawhorse 👍👍👍
Loved it.
Sawhorse as fine furniture. André rocks.
Nice ending. I would put those on my wall and never use them.
stunning to the very end ! :))
I'm waiting for your new brilliant ideas as well as skills!
Joa, Frieden wäre was schönes... Tolle Arbeit =)
Beautiful project , I can know as an aspiring youtuber how long did it take you to reach this level and what was your path?
nice content..
nice content congrats
Moin. Muhaha… das Ende. Es sind halt Böcke. 😂🤣
Hello, what a beutiful pieces !! looking for the detailled plans... where can i found it ? can't find it on the instagram...
thank you for sharing your process, what a pleasure of see behind the scenes. I am having trouble finding the plans on your insta - but fun looking through everything in the process! are you able to send a link? would love to attempt this xx
Hahaha, the end is toxic! That is why we will never have beautiful sawhorses...
Wow! 🥂🔝
"Saw-MUSTANGS". Total class.
Keep 'er lit Bro!
That ending gave me anxiety hahah
It was editorial brilliance, stopping the video right before cutting into the sawhorse with the circular saw.
Peace!
Makes beautiful sawhorses. Proceeds to chop through them with plunge saw depth not set right or when doesn’t have sacrificial piece to spare 😂
My first thought too. 2x4's and the stamped metal brackets from the hardware store are much better for an actually shop environment.
The ones on this video would be good for some kind of display situation though.
I think that's the joke...
Fancy
👍👍👍👍
Klasse.
Peace ✌️
👏👍💪🔥
Where did you study all of this?
Very nice horses with excellent fabrication. But far too beautiful to cut on and use. I'll stick with 2x4's for the real work. ☮
" Tsukuru Tazaki " the name of the hero in Murakami novel which means in Japan " builder or creator
What a nice comparison. I've read it . Marvelous novel .
What is the advantage of using hidden screws instead of just glued spikes exactly at the same position? It's a great job but I dislike screws :p
To force the leg more into the connection during the glueing process. That's the reason why he screws in an angle
Way too nice to use as a "saw horse".... maybe a nice thick plexi on top to make a totally portable desk, etc. . . .
Hmm, isn't the whole point of a saw horses (vs a table) that they can come apart or at least have the legs fold? You glued, screwed, then glued plugs in the joints?
No
Saicos (aka psychos (??!!!😋)), best oil for wild (saw)horses! Lubricates up to a level of... madness!
Peace mate, thanks for another 12 degrees, oops! sorry, ment another great vid. Be well, Cheers.
Seife an die Schraube O_O?!
Warum denn das? :)
Übrigens Grüße aus dem Kreis Celle ^^
