I've been trying to switch over to the new Galaxy s24 ultra with visible using esim but it keeps saying IMEI not available. I bought an unlocked model from samsung. Contacted support and they emailed me 24 hours later saying it was fixed. But, it's still not working. It worked no issue with my galaxy s22 ultra.
