Nice house. It looks structurally sound to me. Solid brick walls, not the crappy single layer of brick over a wood frame you see today. The house looks like it is well over a hundred years old. If somebody buys it and fixes it up, it should last another hundred plus years. The electrical will need to be upgraded though. The electrical fixtures are all from the 1920s. So the electrical hasn't been upgraded since that time. The kid's stickers from the 1970s are a nice find. I hope somebody buys it and renovates it.

Those light switches are originally from the 1920 and before. They are kind of dangerous, because they don't meet modern electrical standers. But some companies sell nice replications of them, that do meat today's electric standards.
My grandmother, who recently died due to bad health and old age, had one for her porch light. Every night, at about 7, she'd head out into the hallway to switch it on-the switch was so loud, you could hear it from the other end of the house.
Ive been fascinated by this family ever since hearing about that murder. I actually worked in the cemetery she (and many others from the Stevens family) were buried in.

This is one of the saddest situation. I would never live in their for sure! The whole story is creepy. I believe you told me that man is not in jail? Poor woman God rest her soul!
omg i use to be so scared to walk pass this house i would cross the street at the light lol. Halloween would come around and i would wanna sneak in but im a scaredy cat lmmfao.
Love your shit, Dan. Fantastic channel, both of em'. Cheers.
Last I heard it was bought by the mattress retailer across the street. Was "Robert's" but the name doesn't appear on the building on Google Earth now.
You know what else is sad..the decay of a community; how that neighborhood was probably alive and neighbor's knowing neighbors ...now it's all condemned and bland.
It's neither condemned nor bland. It's a rough area though but there are rougher neighborhoods in Baltimore.
Greetings Dan Bell from Rte 40 east, in SW PA!!!
I agree. Baltimore's Hidden History would be wonderful
Never knew about this. I used to go to that Dunkin Donuts everyday. Used to live right near there. Now it’s gone and they made the DD parking lots bigger.
Woah you have a shop website now!
i go by there alot and never really knew the story my mother told me a murder has happened there and explained it different from what she has heard. That house has been emptied since as far as i could remember. thanks for the info and look around xx :)
Thats crazy, the report said there was a broken window pane and i see some in the closet there...
I heard music in the video when Dan was walking up the stairs!!! It could have been from a passing car!!!
3:48, what is that movement behind the door? looks like a tv, shadows from passing traffic?
Yeah cars outside
I wonder where her sons are today?

@@RobbWilliams11 , guess not..😆
Awesome that you get a chance to get inside!
Pleaaaaase do other things than the dead mall series
Thanks for the video viewing.
amazing!!! i've been wondering what the inside of this place looked like since i saw the first video....and if any ghosts were there too 😂
Going to sound morbid but just a thought(apologizing in advance) some of that blood probably soaked through the floor to the basement ceiling
Night visit!! Prob to busy of an area. Love your vids.
You know one of my co-workers spoke about a murder house on Pulaski street. This is probably the house they are talking about. I was in High school at the time and don't remember this story.
I remember when this happened so sad
Do you ever worry about being accused of break and enter and trespassing if some local calls the cops?
walked past that home when i was a was a kid all the time, never knew.
A woman coughed @3:15 😱
That was him
Does anyone know what kind of style is this house? Seems pretty cool.
i live in maryland and i work about 6 minutes from there i never knew what that building was. i would go to the dunkn d right next to it
this isnt the house its in Springfield MO
A friend of mine works at the Dunkin' Donuts next store and she said the owner of the Dunkin' Donuts bought the house to tear it down to make a bigger parking lot.
Might be a good idea to get the cadaver sniffing dogs out to that cabin, just to cover all bases u know.
For some reason, youtube unsubscribed me from your channel. I loved your content since 2015. Big fan of the dead motel series. Don't know why youtube unsubscribed me.
Every video you do should now conclude with a random shot of a xenomorph.
