Tried this recipe today, came out really good. I just put 3 chillies instead of 8 and it was the right level of spice for me. It seemed easy enough to make it on a week night.
can i make this dish with 300g chicken and All the other quantities being same like the pastes and stuff
@@samratpaul4238wont be different taste wise
@@samratpaul4238can, the end result is more rice to chicken portion
@@samratpaul4238ha karle
you aren't a european to think that 3 chillies is your right level spice. eat 8 or gtfo
It's very easy one. And doesn't include much of fresh ingredients so happy to find it. I really want it to work
I made this today with 1kg chicken, 2 cups of rice and 3 cups of boiling water instead. Everything else was the same. Turned out so good
Thank you for sharing such a great 1 pot recipe!
That's fantastic to hear! We're so glad you were able to make it your own with those adjustments and that it turned out great. One-pot recipes are such a lifesaver, aren't they? Thanks for sharing your experience!
My mother makes this, I love it ❤
made it and was a little spicy but my kids loved it will repeat it enjoyed it
I tried this today afternoon and result is perfect
Just awesome recipe, I tried today and my family enjoyed thank you and God bless you ❤🤗🤗🤗❤️✌️🕊️🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃😎👍
I made this dish, tonight! It was extremely spicy, but we cleared our plates. Maybe it was so hot, because I used larger dried chillis. 😂
Can you pls tell me how many people can eat this 1 pot biryani? I’m new to cooking , I was planning to make this for 7 people
@@mashiatrahman4139 - there was enough leftover, for two more servings - so I would double, or triple (if you have hungry men or boys) this recipe, for 7 people.
Use Kashmiri chilli
@@Jynxxxycat This was extremely spicy? My Indian brain was telling the opposite
Dude I can eat it all alone @@Jynxxxycat

I can't wait to try this.
I made this on a week night. Just added a little biryani masala and replaced the nutmeg with mace which I had at home. This turned out to be an extremely easy to prepare biryani 😊 Happy to have found the recipe!
It's nutmeg AND mace, not nutmeg OR mace. You didn't substitute/replace nutmeg, you just didn't use it. Mace is ALREADY in the recipe.
@@minaldhurve8988too late buddy. She had mentioned that already added biryani masala. 😔🌹
@@sairajp2943 You thought you was clever, huh 💀💀💀. She added Biriyani Masala as her own extra touch. She said she "replaced" nutmeg with mace, when instead the recipe requires BOTH. She just didn't use one ingredient and called it replacement. You REALLY thought you said something here, gosh embarrassing 👀.
@@minaldhurve8988 ...joke
Sorry for how rude the last commenter was, idiocy sucks the joy out of everything
I would love to make this but I can't find the recipe on your website. Will you please put a link to it?
Yes, it turned out good 👌👏☺thankyou for this recepie💐
I tried it with the prop. 800gms chicken , 2 cups rice,2 tbsp Malvani masala and had bedgi chillies so used them👌👌
I tried this recipe..it's goog
I too make something similar. Lesser spices.. and.. i marinate the chicken prior.. and do not add chilly, and powders to onion.... The masala comes from the chicken marinade.. ( curd, chilly powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste...etc..)
I made this dish yesterday and now i feel 'am sitting on top of a volcano instead of toilet seat.
Just made this. This way better thn biryani! I’m in loveee ❤
This is actual biriyani

I don't have cooling oil shall i mix some mint flavour ice cream for cooling effect ? Please reply 😢
Tried cooking it last night. I can't seem to fry anything when i used cooling oil 😢
I’m preparing this right now. My fear of cooking chicken is almost gone now.
You'll realise chicken is the easiest and least hectic thing to cook.
How was it? I also fear cooking chicken 💀😭
If anyone has tried this, how is it in terms of spice? My family loves its spice.
Then add more 🌶
What is cooling name
All good.. But where would I find this cooling oil?!? Perhaps Navratna Thel 😁
😂😂
So... You discovered Biriyani. Congratulations
😮
What a beautiful, simple biryani! What is this particular dish called? I just happen to have all of these ingredients, too!
Its not a biryani. Its chicken pulao.
If we add tomato to this.. it becomes Tahari.. chicken pulav ..
Add garam masala and it's literally like bryani.
Thanks for not calling this Biryani! Loved the recipe, good one!!
Testy
If you add 50 ml of curd and mint leaves with masala and finally some coriander leaves in the finish, it would be a nice chicken biriyani😁
Why to say it as one pot chicken rice🤔
One pot biriyani recipe is made out of single pot unlike other biriyani recipes are made using two or more pots.
(Pot means a round container used for cooking)😛
This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Biryani does not need to have yogurt, and also fresh corainder/mint is not preferred in the layering phase in Bangladeshi biryani, but instead fried onion and milk and ghee. For this to be biryani, a few more things are needed and less of the colourful spices
This is lowkey biryani
This looks so yummy but the amount of salt used here was 🙂
Nice music. Next time please keep it even louder so that it gets harder to concentrate on the video.
Im sure that there is a function for adjusting volume on your device. Just use it 🤷🏽♀️
Lemme think you're autistic but not dumb? Or is it?

Can the nutmeg be avoided?
yumme eeeee

If i would use 4 cups of rice, would 1/2 tsp salt still be enough in 2:22 minutes part of this video?

Cooling oil ? Is Navratna oil okay ?
It will add a different flavour and give cooling effect during potty. Highly recommended.
kon hai ye? kaha se ate hai ye log? 😂😂
No, that's harmful and a bit scented. Better use Parachute oil or Bajaj Almond oil if you really love scented oils.
Cooking oil
@@SHANTANUBISWAS-ie4hu stfu. Use only Bajaj Almond oil for cooking
As much as i liked what they cooked here, can someone please tell me the name of the background music ?
It's called vibration by qube. Next time you can use Shazam

Is that cooked rice or the raw one ?
Raw rice
It's called kamakshi biryani this dish from tamilnadu channai.. & Karnataka same as Hyderabad biryani but it's not Hyderabad biryani it's called kamakshi biryani..
There's is 21 types of biryanis which it's made different different types.. all over the India but it's birth place is Hyderabad one of the old king found it..
Those with sensitive stomach, just skip the dried chilies.
And mace
Please tell me where I can buy cooling oil
You can use any neutral oil like canola, soybean, or avocado oil for this recipe. They all work great! As for cooling oil, you can find it in health stores, some supermarkets, or online. Happy cooking!
@@banglarrannaghor which music sample is used btw??
One pot chicken fancy name, try briyani

Looks great, but it's not exactly 1 pot when you have to add boiling water lol!
Yeh garam karke thanda chor dete Hain

My Ghanaian mind is telling me this is jollof rice.......idm
It's interesting how certain dishes can remind us of different culinary traditions! While this recipe might not be traditional Jollof rice, it's great to see it evoking those flavors for you. Food often brings out such wonderful connections and memories. Whether it's Jollof rice or another dish, we hope you enjoy it just as much. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
The chicken is cooked for over 30 mins isn't that too much? Also, can I use diced chicken cubes (without bones) instead?
Yes but it might be dry, use Maryland fillets
Just avoid chicken breast. Then it wont be dry at all. 30min is fine for these chicken pieces
