I agree with this but we also have a problem with American Companies who sell seed, charging American Farmers technology fees but then not charging themselves those same fees - taking it to South America, turning over virgin land, cutting down rain forest in the process. Then shipping those crops to America to compete against the American farmer. The farmer turns around and sells to the highest offer - who turns out to not be American.
