Verbal testimony given by a man that has been proven to be a liar in the past and present is the only evidence offered by the prosecution that shows a crime was committed. The prosecution doesn't have to make a case because if it gets to the jury, the biased jury will vote guilty. It will have to be overturned on appeal.
The appeal court can only overturn the verdict if tTrump’s lawyers can prove that the judge and prosecutors behaved unlawfully. The appeal court won’t re-try the case .

Biden's handlers gave him the okay to debate Trump twice, if not more. The DNC likes this because if Biden gets cooked, they think they can convince him to step down from the race. Then the DNC and our party can pick who they want. Which is basically what they did the last two primaries as my candidate was winning and they took it away from him(Bernie).
