It's shoplifted. I saw a group of non-english-speaking children, ride their bikes up to a convenience store, in a quiet, semi-rural area. They ran in, and grabbed armloads of candy. I asked them "What is all this candy for?" One of them answered "We sell it to other people, at school." One of them threw two dollars on the counter, near the cash register, and they hustled right out of the convenience store, as quickly as they could They are learning how to be criminals, at a young age. So very sad. What made this even more upsetting, was that this neighborhood convenience store, is privately owned, and not a part of a corporate empire. They were stealing from someone who works seven days per week, and works their butt off.
