They have been migrating to the Philippines over the last 4000 years. That's why even if you are just 33% Chinese you will still look Chinese. That's of course if you do not have significant admixtures of other genes like European, Indian, African, Negrito etc.
Being Filipino and having Chinese blood is really not that special. Majority of Filipinos probably have it. Ive also seen some Filipino with negligible Iberian (most likely Spanish) blood. It isnt that special too. Ill be surprised if I see something like African or Central Asian.

I'm Filipino and I do have Spanish blood probably 1 to 3 percent bc my great great grandfather was Spanish bc I have been told from my mom that my relatives are somewhat white so I don't know for sure but I'm sure that some pilipinos have Spanish in them.

Central Asia should not be shocking since the entirety of it shares the same DNA with the Chinese and Mongols, where Austrolesian migration started.
