32 years old here. I did this for almost a month and i can see my vert improvement. But I add sprint for 3 sets, 25-30m as the closing of training. Not only my vert increasing but my stamina too.
As can be seen, I'm in fact 55, and have an 28 inch vert, achieved by similar plyometrics. Of course, your age restriction isn't ridiculous as some comments suggest here, because these plyometrics are very demanding on the back, joints, tendons and ligaments. I wouldn't advise training plyometrics more than twice a week, unless you are young and well trained generally.
This will be my workout for a whole month! each days, i'll keep you updated. I'm under the age of 14, and i have a pretty good inch vertical knowing i'm 5,5 ft. My goal is to be able to dunk on an about 7-8 Feet tall rim on my court. (Sorry for being late!)) Day 1 : my knees hurt a bit, i didn't really want to finish this training. But it's not that hard. Day 2 : i didn't really feel any progress. However the pain is still here. Day 3 : Not only it was harder but i played basketball Near it. My kness = Paper munch Day 4 : I was actually surprised to see some results! the palm of my hand can almost reach the top of my roof when i'm jumping! I feel it's income. (Ps i'm doing the workout each 2 days. I don't have a death wish for my knees) Day 5 : I am really happy to see the results of day 4! I still didn't try it, but i feel more explosive definitly! i can touch things i actully think i can't touch. until then i was a 1 foot jumper and i always knew what i could and what i couldn't touch while jumping. now i can reach much higher than my expectations. And i became a 2 foot jumper. Day 6 : I did the workout, and suprisingly, it really didn't hurt at all. I could do it comfortably, without any itches or muscular cramps Day 7 : I feel quite some progress. I don't think i've really gained 5 inches but it's still some progress! Day 8 : I now think that i'm going to do the workout each day! Because of how easy it is. Day 9 : I can't really evaluate my vertical, because i think my brain is stopping me from jumping at my limits because the roof of my house is a bit too small, about 2,50 Meters. Day 10 : I absolutely feel no pain at all doing this workout, it actually became a routine for me. Even tho i get restrained by my roof height. i still feel an increase in explosivity, and my palm touches the ceiling, reminder i am 5,7 foot tall. (i was actually wrong on my height Lmao thanks to google traduction. I am 170Centimeters tall) Day 11 : Again the workout, however tommorow i will be able to go outside and to the basketball rim! My mother said i couldn't go outside for personal reasons. Day idk : welp, i actually got myself an actual weekly workout, so i sadly give this up. However about the results, i felt an increase on explosivity, but i'm sure it can definitly give you 5-10 inch vertical if you stay consistent. (maybe about a month)

I have been training for strength and muscle building for years and can’t touch rim at 5’10 187 with an approach. Even after 6 months of jumping for repeated efforts 2x per week and sprinting/ bounding 1x per week on top of my leg routine my vertical is still a depressing 21 inches with a running start and I can’t touch rim.
Really good workout I did it in my basement because there is snow outside and to not annoy my family as much but the roof is lower so i had two pounders in my hands but when I did explosive broad jumps I hit the roof. Anyways great workout I have already started to put this in my workout schedule.
