What amazes me is how the hell he gets his feet back on those pedals. I could pull some big tricks back in the day but one thing that would often making me stack it was not being able to align my feet back with the damned pedals!
How he flies for the first flip and then takes part in the second one with nothing to push off of but sky and bike is just insane. Freefalling, in a position where he could have just put his feet down and landed it, he let himself go over the handlebars with nothing but gravity and the weight of the bike to pull him around and complete the flip. Everything about this was great. From the timing at the beginning of the trick. To the dismount. Precise distance between him and the bike during the flip. Then a smooth non rushed flip for the landing. To finish it off with the celebration and great dismount 👏🏾👏🏾
I remember being a kid growing up in S. Florida in the 70's and early 80's; there were thousands of homes being built and we'd grab cinder blocks and plywood and build ramps. We would sometimes like up empty beer and soda cans and see who could jump the most. The ultimate jump was when we would set the ramp up next to a canal and do a "tabletop" landing in the water, because who would be crazy enough to attempt a tabletop on dry land?!
