    The ball throw tip is good
    The plank rule is you can have your feet more than a fist length away.
    For the sprint drag carry, practice running backwards, it works your calves and it’s what people usually go the slowest on. I scored a 1:15

    Accurate. Also lean forward a little bit on the plank will engage your shoulders more and help out.

    Elbows out will wreck your shoulders; teach good form/ technique and build strength through full range of motion, don’t rely on “hacks” to just pass. A good Soldier is fit, physically and mentally tough. This doesn’t happen in a day. Take time, build your body and team. Stay strong!

      I agree with you. I think he was being exaggerate with the elbows though. Elbows at 45 degrees is perfect. I think highers emphasize the close grip so much that it becomes tricep dominant. Which are much harder to do

      Nothing wrong with using within-regs stuff on actual game-day to maximize.
      You should be able to PASS on min, but nothing wrong with alternating shoulders out and in to work different groups to get an extra +5 on game day trying to max out.

      I mean, the best things for the 2 mile are just to pace yourself, don't walk, and watch your posture.
      Other than that, it's just cardio

    I tried the T push ups and I had to argue with my grader about it. I had to do it by the default way.

    Feet can only be a boot width not boot length apart. Essentially 3-4 inches depending on the size of the graders foot

    The minimum standards for the ACFT is way too easy but it would be really hard to max. My standard was a 2 mile run in 16:36 or less, 42 pushups in 2 minutes and 50 situps in 2 minutes.

    Glad I’m out before the brilliant top brass of the army decided to implement this crap. That was one main reason I ets’d and didn’t re-up cuz every time a new commander came in he would change our s.o.p.’s that worked well. F that shit. Plus I got tired of freezing my ass off . Aco 2-14 inf 11b 10th mtn ‘93-96

      that'd do it, lol. think my unit's next is in December. gonna be a pain in the ass, especially if they put me in the group inside the drill hall.
      did you know that, by regs, if the sprint drag carry is being done inside, the weight of the sled is to be doubled from 90 to 180?
      *_I didn't!_* that's more than 20 pounds over _my_ weight. worst part is I was actually feeling good right until I got to the end and turned back around, and I looked at the guy next to me. sure enough, 4 plates. then it started really hurting, lol.

    According to SFC that grades our plank you feet have to be foot length apart

    Sergeant I weight 135 lbs 5 ft 4 if I increase my weight by 15lb I'll never be able to do the 340 dead lift what happen to equal opportunity that's completely bs in this the ball throw I don't have the same arc as a 6 ft 5 in person ill never meet the max unless I do steroids and the split drag carry I'm moving more then 75% my weight while the 200lb 6 ft 5 guy is moving 40% his weight EO EO!

    In my opinion jumping doesn’t help. Have somebody to film you and work on your mechanics. Use your legs and help apply that power to the ground. And your feet cannot be no more than 12 inches apart in the regulation states.

    Some of what u said is right and some may not be, because i seen multiple videos where it says: all you nody has to cross the line, and that you can't have your legs apart for the plank

      The regulation says your foot only has to cross the line and your feet may be the width of the boot, not long ways.
      These are in the regulations. You can look them up.
