My point exactly, I'd love to see proof of a transaction for an $80k GTT. Of course RB26 swap + everything else including rear fenders is a different story.
If all the GTT has is a fender conversion then yeah, wow, BUT, if the car has a FULL GTR conversion along with suspension, brakes, wheels and tires then $80k isn't far off. Price it all out, ALL of it, not just a fender swap...

I've been wondering about just wide bodying a skyline r34 & swapping it to what ever. Like a 1jzgte or whatever. Anything feasible & fun. What made me think this is the Nissan Laurel is essentially the same car as a regular r34 Skyline is it not? @@philipwilliams3427 for a R34 you gotta pull the axles every time it’s not like the r32 where you can just shut it off and be done..well that’s atleast what I’ve heard I haven’t owned either to know first hand.

@FrankZR1 Exactly. I built ny own from the ground up in 18 months, only have owned it since June 2021 (Fall 2020 order from Japan), and it does NOT feel like a $160-275,000 car. $100k CAD at best. Same goes for the Supra - $75,000 at best.
Are you able to provide a link to any 100% stock R34 GTRs with halogen lights? As far as I know all R34 GTRs were equipped standard with xenons. The halogens (downgrade) were not an option. The xenons were an option (upgrade) on other R34 models, including the GTT (as mentioned in the video). I've personally never seen an R34 GTR with halogens from the factory, but if you have any additional info i'd love to see it!
@@RoadsUntraveled The UK spec GTRs were delivered with halogens, from factory. Not a huge number of cars but I think it counts. If you look up "R34 UK spec" or some similar term, you should find magazine photoshoots of the cars.😉 As for the other models, they were absolutely standard equipment on some of the non-GTR models, like the GTT coupe, and a upgrade on others.
Currently GTT's and GTV's in fair condition are going for between 30 and 40k and I think that's a fair price. A GTR converted 25GT FOUR is going for 28k, a pristine GTT for 50k and a curb kicked GTT Auto is going for 8k. I was at an auction looking at a beat up GT-V Sedan auto and I almost bought it. I actually prefer the rear end on the GT-T opposed to the GTR rear end. The GTR has a much higher side body line. I think the GT-T looks sleeker and smooth if on the right rims and those 5 spoke rims look very nice. Not quite the perfect set of rims but very good looking set. If stanced properly then perfect car having GTR front end with a GT-T rear end.
