3 Elbow Flexion Exercises: Follow Along Routine

  • Want to increase your elbow flexion? If you’re struggling with stiffness and limited range motion of your elbow because of an elbow injury, olecranon fracture, or surgery, then follow along with me with these 3 Elbow Flexion Exercises.
    You won’t need any special equipment, however you will want a towel or pillow case to slide your arm and you'll want to use a door or wall.
    In this video, you'll be guided through 5-10 repetitions of each exercise.

    Tried this last night two times in a row, and noticed immediate difference in my flexion range. I can put eyeglasses with my injured elbow, can hold glass of water and put to my mouth easily, can reach my right underarm sides better.
    Will do this every day and hoping will get my maximum flexibility.

    hello thank you for sharing the excellent elbow flexion exercises, I'm from Shanghai china,I love your videos so much , I'm had a Terrible triad elbow did two surgery in almost 6 months , I just had second surgery osteosynthesis is performed coronoid 4 days ago , I hope I can recovery this time can go to the gym do whatever I want.thank you so much again.

    Michelle is a great teacher and demonstrator.
    She explains clearly the reasons for the movements involved in the therapy. She is able in her own firm but reasonably gentle way to inspire me challenge myself and endure the pain that goes with therapy in order for it to work. I feel so lucky that I found a real gem of a therapist among the many that are now available on the Internet.

    after removal of plaster for thumb dislocation and minor fractur, for thumb and hand exercise should i also move thumb and finger backwards opposite to the palm?

    Is there a way to contact you? I’m a musician(drummer) and I’ve had 3 surgeries on my left hand, carpel tunnel release, cyst and bursitis removed from the top of my wrist and I’ve seen several therapist and still no results with my strength and grip being able to hold drumsticks to be able to strike a drum. This is how I make a living and I’m just in need of some serious guidance on what to do to get my strength and grip back to be able to resume doing what I love to do. Please reach out to me..

    Ive not been able to supinate my left forearm in a 90 degree angle for idk how many years, i tried physio therapy and it didnt help much, afterwards i had surgery to clean up some junk in the joint and did some rehab with a physical therapist again, it helped very slightly but its not close to enough. It hinders my bicep workouts so much and rly bothers me, is there even anything i can do at this point or should i just give up on it?

    If someone hold my hand then my hand got full flextion bit when I try to do it with own self then i am not able to do full flectoin and in my bone some sound is being produced do u have any solution
