One thing I didn't understand, doing 10 exercises in one workout can take me hours, because it includes warm-up sets before each exercise, changing weights and resting between sets, I don't know how to apply it in a practical way
It will not take hours. Do each exercise 3 sets and take a rest for 30 to 45 seconds between each set. Also, if your level is intermediate or advanced, you can do it as a superset of 2 exercises in a row without rest and take after one rest and repeat. These exercises target all angles of each muscle.
Bro you're dumb asf no one can do all these exercises without taking hours and 40 seconds rest is not enough between set's u have to rest atleast 2 min to maximize next set@@ElhusseinyWagehOfficial
Did super sets for push day, wanted to call it quits after the 7th set but pushed through with lower weights definitely sore let’s see how pull and legs go guna try this for 2 months let’s see if I break through my limits
Going to start this on a 3 day on 1 off 2 on 1 off basis. Do exercises 1-5 first pull day exercise 6-10 second pull day. Same fir .other exercises. That way ill get them all in in a 7 day period between same group (pull) if i did 10 in one go id be so sore id hvebto skip days and it would be detrimental to my workout. Has anyone else triednit this way?
I'm a beginner and prefer the hard way tbh. Been getting nice results with min effort thanks to diving straight onto intermediate/hard workout videos and learning quickly what works well and doesn't etc. challenge yourself and reap the rewards imo.

Tries this today , as it was my Pull Day finished all the Sets in 48 minutes with rest periods not more than 30 seconds . Felt good !
