Once the airbag testing is complete, will the top speed increase be done through an firmware update? What speed will that be? I'm guessing probably close to 55mph. How will this affect the range? Personally, even though this one isn't for me I hope as many electric vehicles as possible succeed!
I've read that the top speed is 68 mph. I believe it is a software update to increase the speed.

@@JustWasted3HoursHere I agree. I only need 45 mph to drive my daily commute. It's been a couple years already, and I'm still waiting for Kandi to be approved before I purchase one.
@@kentyler3962 Report back when you get it and let us know how it is! I bought a used EV in 2020 (2016 Kia Soul EV+) and it is the best car I have ever owned, by far.

My family and I have been Ford owners going on 8 years now (4 drivers with 8 cars, all Fords). I can tell you we've been in for repairs much less than when we owned Toyota, Honda and Subaru.
