You’re better off with a Mahindra Roxor. Sure you don’t get ac and all the amenities of this, but this is off-road use only anyway, has limited range and questionable quality.

Once the airbag testing is complete, will the top speed increase be done through an firmware update? What speed will that be? I'm guessing probably close to 55mph. How will this affect the range? Personally, even though this one isn't for me I hope as many electric vehicles as possible succeed!
I've read that the top speed is 68 mph. I believe it is a software update to increase the speed.

These are Chinese cars. I would highly recommend a Chevy Bolt over anything Kandi offers. It would be street legal.

My family and I have been Ford owners going on 8 years now (4 drivers with 8 cars, all Fords). I can tell you we've been in for repairs much less than when we owned Toyota, Honda and Subaru.
