kinda wish my father kept this one. He got it home, did the safety work on it (didnt need much!) and then some guy flashed a bunch of money at him and he sold it..
We have a tandem axle 1750. I think the body is a 71 and the 392 engine is a 67. Couple single ax diesels too. Be careful with the doors. Those hinges just don't hold up to much wear and tear.
Good video, I love seeing old Internationals. I have a 1970 International Loadstar 1600 w/ 345v8. It seems underpowered when loaded; Is you're truck underpowered or are the gas powered internationals all underpowered?
Best looking 1600 I've ever seen. Wish I could find a sweetheart like that one.
👍👍
I still remember when their pickup trucks used that same cab. My great uncle had a 66 three quarter ton stepside.
Ahhhhh, nor a computer in sight!
I've got a 69. It's been in the shop getting some work done...just drove it home today.

@@thestuffz I got an antique tag for mine. I figure it will be fun to drive it to walmart 😃
Look at that seat 130,000
that is very tempting. the sides of the grain box do come off and make a flat deck that tilts!

I really cant say. so far it has gone from home to the shop to town for a safety inspection and not really sure where it is now..
its almost tempting to just shed it and use for car shows lol
i doubt it will see much use knowing my dad and his projects lol
Damn
Are you afraid to start it up and go for a drive?
+TheFrankBD at that point we didn't own it. It has now changed hands. I shoulda done that though!
