Their shared comic is simply titled "Spider-Man/Deadpool", having 50 issues total and running from 2016-2019. After their team-up comic ended in 2019, the two are seen teaming up again in Absolute Carnage vs. Deadpool, a 3-issue run that ties into the Absolute Carnage event. Wade also calls Spidey his "special boy" in Gwenpool Strikes Back #2. I'd also recommend Deadpool Back in Black despite Peter and Wade not actually interacting in the comic. It's a strange little re-telling of a time when Deadpool got ahold of the Venom symbiote before Peter did, and has an interesting bit where Wade states that he's left feeling the love the symbiote has for Peter even when they're no longer bonded.
