That was Rhodes that volunteered to sit there and fire Fury.
Re: his (stunning, BTW) wife. He’s known her since before 1997 when she brought Gravick in.
This show is to Marvel what Andor is to Star Wars. Both are well written, more adult themed shows.
They also both boast a magnificent ensemble cast with lots of time for each character to shine

I think they gave it away in the trailer that Gravik is gonna become the MCU Super Skrull. There's a clip where we see him stretching out his arm like Groot and now that makes sense with what was on the computer

Marvel isn’t back. They never left. Certain stories and characters need a specific feel and type of energy for the character and the story. Ex: why she hulk and Ms marvel were the way they were. This show proves marvel knows what their doing 💯. When you look at all their content they have a plan. Always had.

Well you are right Rhodes could actually be Skrull because he called him Nick and captain marvel established he said everyone calls him Fury.
Maria Hill had called him Nick three times in MCU, Captain America called him Nick in Winter Soldier when he walks in his apartment seeing Fury sitting down listening to its been long time (same song we hear in endgame ending), and Pierce himself also called him Nick when Fury asked him to delay project oversight.
As for all that dna they are collecting looks like we're finally getting super skrulls.

That was definitely Rhodie. People forget that he’s a company man. People forget that the whole reason why Rhodie has a suit is because the government sent him to TAKE Tony’s suit. He was the one looking for Cap when they was on the dabbled in being a superhero but he is a tow the line government guy.

Which is exactly why he could be a skrull. The government is pretty much fully infiltrated. Do you really think gravik wouldn’t use rhode for that reason. I don’t care how much of a government man rhode was. Tony sided with the accords once.. but when things hit the fan he knew the avengers are family and they know when to trust each other and put all that government shii aside. The Real Rhode would know to trust fury when realizing the scope of the situation.
@@alexxonayachtI'm with you on this one. People forget how Rhodes went against Ross in Avengers Infinity War. Ross told him to arrest them. He wouldn't do it. Rhodes changed after Civil War. He was a Government company man. Now I don't think he is. We'll see how it goes

They should play more with the fact that those who got blipped only experienced vanishing for a second and how much of a drastic contrast that is for the ones who were left on earth. I mean, that must be hard to digest. (Remember how yelena reacted to how everything changed around her in the blink of an eye and finding out her sister had been dead only a second after.) That would make for good writing.

Super skrulls it's going to get super ugly. Even when they show is over there's still millions of skrulls out there. Worse than hydra. No wonder the Kree went after them. They even said in the show that happened because THEY were TOO war like. Think had they just stayed quiet they could have lived here peacefully. Move into a town like the ones with the extra radiation like they did, and No one would have care or noticed. Others did it in the comics. Nightcrawlers brother Stephen who could see folks as they really are but didn't know it. Thought he was going crazy when they came across a town with monsters in it. Turned out he really could see monsters. They could shapeshift and they lived there peacefully. Nightcrawler only found that part out later. For a long time, he thought Stephen was crazy. Point is the skrulls could have done the same. Especially living in radiated areas only a few folks would ever go to. Nooo they have to take the planet over. Call the Kree. They had tech to figure out who was a skrull way back in the Captain Marvel movie. Or maybe someone else out there does too who would be far more helpful than the Kree. Only time will tell.

Fury and Danvers should have requested help from the Guardians of the Galaxy or the Asgardians or even the Nova Corps. If the timeline is correct, the Kree-Skrull War happened well before Thor and company came to Earth and before Thanos. So, someone could have been helping them seek a new home for the Skrulls.
But Kree would hunt them down and no protection! The Nova Corp in a joke! So Talos knew Earth is protected by the Avengers and Carol So the Kree wouldn’t come back!

Once again, Disney/Marvel drops the ball so far. The council speech during episode 2 was Transhumanist dogma("Humanity is self destructive Blah-Blah-Blah), despite the fact that the Skrulls are more technologically advanced than humanity, while there is a nearby planetoid with ancient technology that could possibly be terraformed(Saturn's Titan from Infinity War). Gravik ranted about being at war yet 99.9999 of humanity does not know of the Skrulls existence and many would never harm them. True, many humans would look at the Skrulls with suspicion as should be expected, but there is more than enough space with a small enough population to live in peace until another weld could be found.
