17 years as a Christian. Never attended a Christian church until last September, when I began working for a Pentecostal Church. 6 months later, fired from the church. It was at that moment that God confirmed that Christianity is false. I never took Communion in the church because the Spirit told me that it was a pagan practice. I often had discussions with the Pastor about false teachings in the New Testament. The final straw for me was hearing my pastor preach about the Holy Trinity being in Genesis 1:26. I told my pastor that God was referring to his heavenly angels when he said Us. My pastor laughed at me saying that he has a 5 year master's degree in theology. 17 years ago, when I first read the Bible. I knew that Genesis 1:26, was referring to God's angels and I had no previous experience reading the Bible. It's really sad to see how Christian pastor's add to God's word, to try to force the Holy Trinity narrative when there's no evidence of the Holy Trinity in the Old Testament. I once told a church member that I was reading the book of Exodus and I was laughed at and was told that we don't have to follow the old law. Funny thing is, Jesus Christ said KEEP MY Commandments! I honestly feel sorry for the 2 billion Christians that have been led astray by false teachers. I am just a believer in God, no religion. Blessings Tovia, for opening the world's eyes and saving the Lord's lost sheep.

I'm a gentile, although, my mother told me before that she suspected that her father's parents may have been Jewish, but they hid this fact to avoid persecution. I really should get an ancestral DNA test because it's bothered me for quite some time. I've always been interested in the Old Testament, especially the 5 books of Moses. I feel that I should observe the 10 commandments, but the 7 Noahide laws I respect, as well. There's repentance needed on my part, but the Lord is ever forgiving.

They shuffle the order of the books of Tanak to blur the distinction between the overall theme of each section of the Bible. They change the tense of verbs, change the words of the Torah and the Prophets etc. even invent words that don't exist, and then tell you it's the message that matters and you're going to hell if you don't believe it? I would stop believing in God if the New Testament, the Quran and the Book of Mormon didn't exist. Why, because the Bible tells me that this would happen. God promised to send false prophets in Deuteronomy chapter 13 to see if they're paying attention. Rabbi Singer pays attention!

Yes, rabbi, without the Torah the whole world would be lost in darkness and sin. I wish I could get a copy of the Jewish Torah in English, to compare with the Bible, that I may be better informed... @@ישוע Rashi doesn't mention any scribal emendations in Leviticus 16. He mentions them in Genesis 18:22 and Numbers 11:15. Like the vowels and punctuation, the scribal emendations are part of the oral Torah.
