I just got my Ringside double end bag in the mail, and about to set it up. It came with one elastic rubber bungee. I'm assuming it goes on the bottom. What do you use for the top? I've seen in some videos, that they use a nylon rope. Is that how it was made to use?

You can get adjustable bands at Home Depot. Make it tight or as loose as you want.
