Hamza, this is genuinely the best self improvement advice you EVER gave because this is the EXACT same morning routine that got me out of suicidal depression and got me onto self improvement back in April 2021. Literally started with gratitude journaling because you promised me results after a week of doing it, not even meditation or exercise or anything else but looking at how my day looks now almost two years later I can definitely say the habits compounded to say the least. Forever grateful for you bro ❤

The real secret is ACUALLY DOING THE STUFF. That's why Hamza's vids are pretty nice, he usually includes practical sections. Thing is, you can't just ignore those, do them! It's the same for anything really; like you can read/watch python tutorials all day for months, but you're not going to be anywhere near where you could have been if you had just learned the basics and then started an interesting project and then another and another.
As a guy who started working out at home like 6 months ago and started slacking off in the past months, I'm proud of doing 25 push ups, 25 crunches and 25 squats in the morning, is it much? No, not really. Is it progress? Yes 📈

Hey Hamza what should I do if I am sick? Like how can I get my health back and get back to self improvement and training? It would be a great video or a full guide for guys who are sick currently just like me!
You should let yourself recover then slowly go back in to it like if it's a week then do 75% of your training a month then 50% etc. To get back into the rest take it day by day and try to add three, or two, or one of the habits that you were doing previously into your day. This has worked for me atleast

In need of help if anyone has any advice. A lot of people (jeffries) make excuses as to why they haven't been hitting the gym and eating a clean healthy diet. My parents are 100% convinced I have anorexia for trying self improvement. There are fucking cameras in my house, and I am banned from any form of exercise. Best I could negotiate was 1 hour of basketball per day. Being forced to eat fucking ice cream everyday has turned me fat and my parents still think I need to put on more weight. And no, I am not crazy and this is not reasonable, they want me to be 158 pounds and 5 foot 7 14 years old which is extremely overweight according to BMI. Seeing people willing ruin their life by getting fat when I would give anything to have their freedom is fucking soul crushing. For reference they won't let me see my weight but I am roughly 145 with about 20 percent body fat. Doing everything I can for self improvement but it is hard without exersice and a fucked up diet. Plus it cuts into my sleep because I have to stay up late to fit in the 6000-7000+ per day. They watch me eat to make sure I'm having breakfast, dinner and desert but I throw away almost all of my lunch and snack they pack for me at school. Still like 4500+ calories of junk food left. They also disregard doctors advice as "fatphobic" and my whole family carrie these stupid beleifs that self improvement is "fatphobic" even though they are all morbidly obese. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE

1. One pushup, one mindful breath, one sentence of gratitude - third days do 3 pushups, write a paragraph, meditate for 15 min
2. Always start with a powerful morning to have a powerful life
3. We specifically are setting the bar to success and we say that you get to tick the box even if you do the bare minimum
4. If the 90 years old version of you catches you doing pushups he would have the biggest smile ever on his face and he might even breakdown completely out of pure happiness
5. Say one of those random phrases everyday “i am a strong guy” “i am on self improvement and life is getting better”, you will soon find a phrase that hits you so hard that it will become your go to phrase and thats what we want
6. Why the baseline is so low? So that even in your most Jeffrey days, you can do the bare minim and tick the box

This vídeo seems simple, but if you think about it there are a lot of little of subtle things being treated. Like for example, by feeling good with yourself by doing just 1 deep breath, you are not only building a habit. You are also learning to not hate yourself, as you need to force yourself to feel grateful, and also learn how it is to begin at something.

One thing to add on, these habits do take time.
You may see changes in a week or month but drastic, noticeable change happens when you do it over and over again for months on end.
These gains are instant yet take time.
