Thanks Lydia for this video on how to make puff puff, mine do got burnt while the inside is still fresh. I will like more videos on other snacks, thanka
What is the difference? Self-raising flour has a raising agent, and sometimes salt, already added to it. Plain flour requires you to add your raising agents separately to make your bakes rise. But you still have to add your yeast when making puff puff
Ur puff is very delicous i even make for bitthday gift fir some in this lebanon and they love it so much nice job big sis may god blessed u and ur family 💋❤👍👌
Ive been looking for a good puff puff recipe and most of them have 3 ups of flower and 1 tablespoon of yeast. I found that it was too strong and that was all i could taste. It wasn't self instant yeast so not sure if thet makes a diff
Sorry for the late reply. Did you activate your yeast? If yes, was your kitchen cold? If yes, then preheat your oven then switch off and put your mixture in to oven so it will rise. If this works please let me know thanks 😊
@@mkaanemchivircelina8621 it consumes alot of oil and l mean alot, and to add on its so oily, the flour has alot of water. Compared to normal doughnuts.

Do I have to use self rising flour?
Any flour can do
Thanks for sharing but my question is , what is the difference between using selfraising flour and all purpose flour. God bless you.
What is the difference? Self-raising flour has a raising agent, and sometimes salt, already added to it. Plain flour requires you to add your raising agents separately to make your bakes rise. But you still have to add your yeast when making puff puff
Thanks for your quick response. I was wondering why yeast is added since it has its rising agent. God bless you.
