You need to know the room orientation!

Different natural light sources impact your paint colours in different ways! It’s important to understand the room orientation as then you can select a neutral shade to work!
North facing rooms get a blue toned cool light so you need to avoid any cooler toned neutrals!
South facing get a warm yellow@toned natural light so choosing creamy/yellow toned shades will be intensified and come out really quite warm!
For east and west they’ll get different light at different times of the day. Consider what time of the day you most use that room to tailor your room colour or you can opt for a more brown/earthy toned neutral which work well in any space!
Hopefully seeing the undertones in the off white shades in the video helped to demonstrate, I could talk about this for hours but Instagram only gives me 90 seconds and I worry I’m not getting the key details across 😅 as always if you have any questions let me know!
