i drink at least 1 (sometimes 2, 3, or 4) bottles of water a day and my lips dont get chapped (i use chapstick frequently too) but my skin has also cleared up and gotten a lot softer and smoother, water has so many positives :)

one of my personal tips is that to shave upwards on your armpits. i’ve tried it and it’s less painful for me and you get less black spots on your armpits. but that’s just mine. ly so much sharon! 💖

Rlly? I shave my armpits down words thats rlly interesting cus one time i tried that and I bled Lmao but skin is all off
Some tips for acne:
Dry skin: rinse your face without a face wash every morning and then take a towel and damp it a bit then apply it to your face. Every other day, use a hydration mask. And every time you take a shower use a face wash.
Oily: use a face wash every day. Face mask 2-3 times a week. Moisturize
Combination: switch off every other day between the tips I gave you.
Ps: I swear by this, it has helped me so much!💗

Ok: Showering to little is unhygienic, (unless you take baths) and showering much can dry out your skin and damage your hair if you wash it to much. I shower every other day. Some people shower everyday. Some people do other things, and it's all fine! But maybe showering 3 times a day, or only once a month, is a bit unhealthy...
I shower once or twice a day and reading these comments under this comment about showering once a month(well not all but 1 said this) is really giving me anxiety.

I have REALLY dry skin but ever since started using “KIEHL’S ULTRA FACIAL CREAM” my skin has been much more hydrated (but the moisturizer is a bit expensive)
kiehls is literal perfection. i use their face wash, toner, hand salve, eye cream, facial cream, body lotion, literally everything. m i def agree that it’s expensive, but it’s worth it since it’s for your self care

Story Time:
So I was on period one day at a school swimming carnival and I wasn't going to swim, so I wore a pad. My team needed another swimmer for the relay, so I swam. I didn't have my togs, so I wore my sports bra and bike Pants. I also swam with a pad on, the first time I swam during my period, and it was at a school carnival Infront of 1500 kids. But luckily I didn't leak or anything and my team came second! 😁
This story made me very nervous until I read the end. Glad everything went OK 🙂
Water can stop your period
You don't technically need to wear a pad when swimming, the gravity is less in water, and the blood won't leak a lot because you're in water.

It’s ok I get embarrassed too that’s why I hand wash my stained under wear and hang them on my fan to dry with a clip. Just make sure no one comes in your room, that would be ockward

Yes it is very common your body has to get used to the new hormones
Your periods are typically unstable throughout your first 2 years of getting your period. It's normal. I used to get mine really late or barely had any blood. It's normal :)
Yes it is really common but your period should be "normal" when you're 18 years old and it may happen before or after but around 18
