I m staying in rent in lodha world one ....3.5 lakhs 4 bedroom u have to minus 80 k maintence becaz tht owner has to pay so my rental is 2.7 lakhs ... Now if I purchase he is quoting 11 cr ...it's not a big thing I can buy .... 11cr bank intrest give u ....approx u can 95 lakhs per year ....and my investment 32 lakh per year .... Baki ke paise se world tour kar le har emirate ke first class me travel kar....aur enjoy kar ....

Very true and a smart suggestion. The way these greedy builders and relators are charging insane amount of money for flats in Gurgaon, Noida and Mumbai, looks like we will soon see a day where Housing Market is gonna crash in India like it did in the US in 2008.
