There is one apartment where on each floor there is a proper swimming pool ... plus 4000-5000 square foot of living space ... aur pure building mein 10-12 floor.. luckily i stayed there for 15 days ... it is a kind of investment by one of the well know billionaires of 🇮🇳...

With that type of amount it is better to live outside India where taxes are low and real-estate cost is even lower with better laws, environment, health care, etc. Living is a flat is hardly high standard of living. I live on 10 acres of land with huge privacy and ample space. This dungeon living is not for me.

Looking at the other building from the balcony almost looks like an empty/unsuccesfull thing... Would be really sad spending 35Cr just have few people living in the whole building instead of many good people to socialize and interact with.

Feedback- Nice presentation, location, views, living room, dinning space and the price. But I personally didn't like the layout of the house. There is so much area wastage inside the house. Wastage means the area which we can not utilize. For example- lobby, foyer or passage. Hence, feeling of having a spacious house is completely missing.
Surprisingly I felt the depressing vibes too.. such a huge flat yet I felt like my heart is getting squished.. Probably it's empty or whatever.. hopefully it's sold it's over a year now I just noticed..
I was planning to buy this flat when my son told me that we are social people, and the neighbors here keep their doors closed full hour. I was concerned about how I'd build connections with them, make friends, share my feelings, and have fun with someone so that both households don't face complaints. If we were to live here, I'd have to leave behind my childhood at such a young age and put on a facade of maturity. After listening to my son, I've canceled that plan, and now I am going to buy a regular, happy, family-oriented flat in the society

The house looks big because they use wide angle camera while shooting the video.. I have bunglow with single floor 5000 sq. Ft. Carpet area but it's not feel very big.
The corridors just give a feeling of claustrophobia atleast in the video. And it seems it would be such a problem having even two people use the same corridor at the same time.
