The property is at a good location with good views. However, the interiors and the furniture are not at all upto the mark for the price they are asking.
The views are priceless and I can fix the interiors, it doesn't need much interior work and for those who can afford it, doing interior work doesn't matter.

This property no doubt has stunning view and location but then its jot giving feel. I suggest you to do valuation of property else its going to impact your own brand. Same price you would get ultra luxurious property in Dubai.
