I used to drink one cup of coffee and I gave up all coffee like 5 years ago and my anxiety is like literally 99% better. It's wild. I used to have daily panic attacks and was exhausted all the time from my anxiety and giving up caffeine nearly illiminated it. I still have anxiety for sure but the difference is night and day. Highly recommend even tho it is REALLY. HARD.

Hey Rose, have you ever tried Ginseng capsules? I used to take them when I would work 12 hour shifts and nights. I find it better than my ADHD meds and does not affect my anxiety. Just a thought. Maybe check with your doctor? It is all natural.

Rose is in therapy, I imagine, because she does not live up to her high standards of perfection.
That is a mindset of misery. When you are happy to be a bit shit, at something, there is joy to be had in your shitness. Especially when Rosie has it covered. But, that is OCD for you. I have no idea how to combat that. "Give yourself a slap!" is not helpful, apparently.
What I do know is that although these girls don't like to look back at their vids - finding them embarrassing - they were 'formative' and 'important'... really fucking 'important', in helping others to overcome their anguish. The kids who were crying because they felt understood, at last (while R&R were messing about in loved-up lunacy) are doing fine, now... because of them.
I am not saying therapy is a sign of weakness. I'm just saying there are very few therapists who have had the impact these girls have had.

Rosie is still very sexy and wants to kiss his wife Rose more often to keep them younger same they met on 11th October 2011 and never gave up on kissing and sex. LOL 🤣 Unfortunately, Rosie has stopped biting Rose's left ear. I love their pet cat Flynn, and Dogs Woody and Wilam. 🐶🐶🐸✌💗💗💙
