i hate the concept of ‘lesbian bed death’ because it takes an already common occurrence (dead bedrooms in long term marriages) and puts the focus & blame on the fact that it involves lesbians. yes some married couples lose interest in sex. some of them might even be lesbians. but straight people get caught up in life & kids etc & lose interest too. it’s a common occurrence in marriage itself, to pretend it’s a lesbian exclusive occurrence is mostly based on misogyny & homophobia.
