Thank you for your videos! I have just ended my last day at my job I did for five years while being a student at a university which I truly enjoyed. While part of me wants to still 'hold on' for a little longer, I know the only constant is change. The better, more exciting opportunities happen when I take that chance to let things go and look forward to the future. Just like your other videos about just taking that chance to switch jobs because of the opportunity of better pay and environment to work in. As well, once I graduate I'll have even better opportunities.

Glad to hear you took that step! Yes, it feels hard to step outside of what’s familiar, but once that phase is over, we move on to the next level!

Only you can help me in a perfect way
    - Could you tell how to beat & outsmart the competition in the field of freelancing or online entrepreneurship in an effective way to establish ourselves, become trustworthy completely in the market ? I m witnessing a lot of competition & clients normally going for projects with people whom they have previously worked with so how to break that chain & prove ourself ? there any good books on this subject to get some exact details..How to convince/get potential clients by using linked in to trust us with a portfolio as beginner & work with us for projects where many experienced people are available in abundance to get those deals ? How to set us apart from that crowd or make the competition irrelevant..

Those are excellent questions! I always believe that providing high value first is the best way to get business and trust. But knowing what is really valuable to others is not easy. I think asking questions, gently probing what the other party might need and how we can help, without pressuring any sales to happen is effective. If we show we genuinely care and that we have the skills and knowledge to solve the client’s problems, then why wouldn’t they give us a chance? I can’t think of any exact book for this, but here’s a general book that will be useful in building relationships, rapport, and trust. You might now it already! It’s Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits for Habits of Highly Effective People.
One experience I can share: I got my first voice over jobs by doing some free work and a bit of consulting. The client trusted me and sought me out for the next paid job. Perhaps something to talk about more in another video. Wishing you all the best!
