My analysis says it will run. So many residential projects coming and going to deliver. Public will go out in these commercial space. And after dwarka expressway completion more crowd will come in this region.
It will be a failure. It's too huge. Cost of maintaining it would be very high, due to which rent of shops would be high. And if rent is high, shops won't be able to sustain and eventually they will move to a cheaper place.
