    Also, M3M Crown, 1600 flats in 10 acre. 160 flats per acre density. Seems much higher than Puri new launch

    one important thing you missed telling about KASHISH MANOR ONE .
    THAT kashish has already been funded by GOVT. SWAMIH FUND And now the cont is on full swing.
    Phase 1 ka posession will be given by next year and phase 2 by 2026

    110-130 density is there in all M3M, Smart World projects too. They're selling at a higher price than Puri.
