I would request everyone to please check the reviews of previous
M3M projects with genuine buyers. Don't trust their channel partners. They get huge incentives with wine parties to get corrupt. They don't care about anybody's money. Nd jo log M3M se deal karwate hain I never trust them.
Dear chawla ji as per you if someone had bad day and met with an accidant then he should never drive or sit in any car in future or he should do hate everyone who drive cars?? You have bad experience with some individual not with 5000 people's who do sale M3M projects..Its not possible that everyone is corrupt & don't care about anybody's money..You don't trust the people's who deals in M3M ok.. Do you trust the people who deals with DLF?? They are also the same people..how could you??
This logic not working Sir.. its impossible for any builder to work at this scale without customer satisfaction.. thousands of buyers & investors trust M3M and they are happy but hundreds may not be happy due to many reasons.. Thanks
@Larissa realtech wale bhaisab ji, M3M is all hype created by its channel partners. M3M serves food and gives liquor with high incentives. Throws massive parties. Except IFC tell me any project which is fully leased. It should be the duty of a real estate expert to only sell things which gives its client a profit. I took a shop in 65th Avenue. Golden Bricks sold me. I can also give you my unit number. Abtak chavanni ka bhi profit nhi hua. M3M has worst after sales and service. The worst crm team. Only sales team speaks nicely and never speaks to you after sales. Builder does not have ethical practices and sales.
@Larissa realtech and also coming to your cars example. If there is a car brand whose all cars are faulty. Then avoid that brand. Chose a reliable brand that has good suspension and after sales services. At the end of the day for a builder quality and commitment matters and for a real estate expert agent commitment towards both client and builder matters.
