We all fixate on gear so much we forget what's really important. First and foremost, I think of you as a composer. All of your tracks sound like you; the boxes don't matter nearly as much as the music that comes out of you. Your motifs are usually simple but they combine to create a fabric of much color and rhythmic interest. Nothing ever sounds out of place or like a throwaway idea. You have a highly developed ear for sound design and mixing/mastering. I'm not saying everything you do is perfect but it is always artistic, thought out, and crafted with the utmost care. I always enjoy listening to your work.
I don't know where to begin............this is so insanely masterful...................such a great lesson in minimalism - 'leave room for each sound to be heard in detail, before adding additional elements'.....................a great piece of music, a killer performance, perfectly suited visuals, a cool title, great dynamics..............this upload is brilliant in every way.......'SUBSTANtial'..............it's one I'll be back to hear again - for sure...................
I don't always immediately watch your videos. It comes with this delicate expectancy that anytime I do I want to have either a moment of no interruptions or a specific time I'm saving it for where I'm silently being productive to put your music on a loop. It's a special thing and I just want to say thanks I sincerely appreciate those times.
Big congratulations for all your work! sooo impressive! you do with ONE syntakt what i do with one sytakt + one digitakt + one digitone + one wavestate.. LOL.... still a lot to learn from guys like you. so inspiring!
it's always good to see that it doesn't necessarily take a lot to create a good piece, if melody and sound fit together perfectly, it doesn't need it anymore🎼👌
I wouldn't really say so, but in terms of track counts, it's more of a complete all-in-one box. The Digitakt has sampling, the Syntakt does not. The Digitone has a deeper FM synth, polyphony and an aroeggiator, the Syntakt has neither of those. The Syntakt is still mighty flexible though.
no .. all three have there strengths and weaknesses. For example: ST has far more tracks than the Digitone but it's structure is much more simple and reduced. It's equally difficult or easy or fun to do a full track on all three.

Keeping your level high, nice!
My only complaint is that this didn’t go for way longer! Loved it.
Maaaaan! This is gently rough…I don’t even know how to explain the tone of paint on this canvas! thanks for your time on this.
Thanks a lot !!
Considering getting one for black friday. It's 200 bucks off too. Was going to pair it with my octatrack and mpc live 2
✨EPIC✨
Beautiful
I like ❤
Superb!
Is the Syntakt a more self contained unit than both the Digitakt and Digitone combined?
I wouldn't really say so, but in terms of track counts, it's more of a complete all-in-one box. The Digitakt has sampling, the Syntakt does not. The Digitone has a deeper FM synth, polyphony and an aroeggiator, the Syntakt has neither of those.

Good, good..
Wow that was absolutely beautiful! What fx were used here? Not just the onboard fx I presume?
Thanks a lot !! ... only onboard fx .. except for mastering (EQ / compression / limiting .. the usual mastering stuff)

Great!! ❤
Great music. Where are these visuals from? What software?
Thanks ... this time it's just free stock footage from pixabay blended together in resolve.
