Loooove that organic texture and the patina finish! I wonder what else can be used for that kind of texturing? Currently learning to solder myself, so I can achieve this grungy organic uneven look
Hello, and thanks for your comment. I love to do this texture on wire, after its shaped. There is my most recent video tutorial on how to do that if you want to take a peek at that😊
Correct, it depends on how much it contains. Low amount and clear coating for extra protection is what I do since creating this video. You are correct 👍
@@eeriefeaster1703 Yes, that is correct, I use both, mostly non-lead and silver gleem. Also cleaning the solder iron is a different process for lead free versus solder with lead even when the % is low. Very important I learned.😊
Love this technique. Thank you for sharing it.😊 Subscribed. Now I gotta go watch more of your videos.👍

I think this technique is soooo beautiful 😍 I wasn't sure at first as you were painting it black but you're right, it really adds dimension!
Thanks so much for you compliment.
Hope you enjoy your day😊🌸
Yes, and I can buff off as much as I want, depending on the look I am after😊
Cool looking piece
Thank you for sharing😊
You are most welcome and thank you 😊
You can’t wear something like that (beutiful as it is) lead can’t touch human bodies. Study pewter pre 1900.

You can purchase lead-free solder. That is what most people use
